The location was good and the room was clean.

Rooms were big, great amenities, breakfast was great (although the same items everyday). Central to pretty much everything in downtown Denver
-
Absolutely loved everything about this property (except the $$$ parking fees) clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and evening reception, convenient location.
-
Our trip was amazing. Loved the breakfast, manager reception, location and the hotel is beautiful

The breakfasts are so handy and quick when we are traveling. It is nice to have the breakfast ready in the morning instead of having to go out and wait to place an order and then wait to have it brought to our table - for us it is a waste of time. The rooms are always clean and they have everything we need to get ready for a busy day. The staff is always friendly and welcoming with a smile. These are the reasons we prefer Embassy Suites over any other hotel.

The hotel was located in a great spot..very close to all major attractions. The breakfast was outstanding! The evening snack and beverage service was fantastic! We had a suite and the major issue was the sofa bed and the sofa bed mattress was very old and worn out-provided no back support..I spoke with front desk and they gave us a second mattress but it did not help much as it was also very worn. Management needs to re invest some money into hotel and purchase new sofa beds and mattresses!

Please ensure rooms occupied are cleaned in a timely manner. I had dinner at 7 and at 5:30pm my room still wasn’t serviced.

All staff were so friendly when we had breakfast this morning. And what a great omelette the chef made 😋😋
-
The breakfast was outstanding and the hospitality each afternoon was wonderful. The rooms were large and the location across from the convention center was perfect.

I had a little difficulty with the elevator using the key pass. Didn’t always work.

Good location in Downtown Denver. A stone's throw from the Convention Center and other places one may be visiting Denver for. Great breakfast (with an omelette station), and late afternoon manager's reception that includes two adult beverages and snacks. Friendly staff. A bit dated property. Two rooms: "outer" bedroom had sufficient light streaming in from the window, but the inner room was dark despite all the lights in the room.

Loved this location. The breakfast buffet is unrivaled and the manager's daily cocktail reception really set the tone for a night out on the town. We can't wait to come back !

The hotel was clean and inviting. Breakfast was delicious and staff were helpful and polite. Pay for valet was $75 a night, and affordable parking was hard to come by.

There was a water main break so we were without water for an entire day. I received no notification of the issue or any status updates while it was being fixed. All that was offered was a case of water left in the hallway so if you happened to see it you could grab a bottle or two before the case was gone, but it was not enough to shower or flush a toilet. Even after water was back on, I had no hot water for the remainder of my stay. They did offer an extended happy hour and some chili to guests. While I realize the water main break was not the fault of the hotel and their staff, their response to it and to the needs of the guests was not good. I was told I could get rewards points, but I'm not a Hilton rewards member. I was not offered any reimbursement because I booked through expedia (not sure why that's a factor!), and that I could go to the hotel next door to use their gym shower and bathroom if I needed to. NOT GOOD customer service in an emergency!
