The room was clean and well-maintained. It was smallish for two queen beds, and could use some additional towel bars or hooks, but was overall OK.

the room was disgusting. had hair that was not mine everywhere including a big hairball in the middle of the floor. had leftover hair pins from the last guest. interesting crust marks on the table/nightstand and a bug crawled out from the blankets onto my husbands chest and flew off. we were charged for late checkout that we were told was complimentary. and when we told the front desk about the state of our room they said they’d credit back the late checkout that we didn’t even end up using or know we were charged in the first place. oh and the queen sized beds are on full sized bed frames and made sleeping very uncomfortable

Nothing was on point apart from them knocking at the door at 11:00am in the dot for me to check out. This is post a terrible breakfast with no working waffle makers and myself having to ask for towels and wash rags in my room. The pool was wack as well.

The room had dripping water from fridge. Front desj provided towels to block this water, kept saying all rooms were occupied. Color chipping of the walls. It's misleading overall because the building looks ok from outside but not maintained from inside.

Staff was great but there was ants in the room the hot tub was not clean and no towels for pool breakfast wasn't much the area did not seem safe

First room the beds squeaked like crazy, beds weren’t fully made & room smelled terrible! We asked for a different room. The new room was dirty, pretzels were in the floor, electrical outlet broken & exposed wires showing, bathroom towel ring was hanging on just enough to stay on, beds weren’t stationary & slide all over. Huge gap under the room door. Indoor pool was ice cold one of the doors to the pool didn’t have a door knob. Fitness room is trash. The bathroom in fitness room doesn’t even have a toilet seat on it. People in the halls at 2 am talking so loud, it was like they were in my room! Breakfast was the same thing everyday. Biscuits & gravy, waffles or cerea, that’s it! This place was TERRIBLE as a property! I would never stay there again!

The room was kind of clean, there was hair on the mattress graffiti in the bathroom and on the table in the bedroom. There were stains in the shower and on the floor. The chair in the room was ripped and the internet was awfully slow. Only one entrance to get into building and it was not the most convenient location to get to and from my room with my dog.

I meannnn, if you are gonna be out all day and only come to sleep and shower then its fine. If you care about the gym maybe it might be worth spending a few more bucks for a better hotel and in turn gym facility. The gym at the hotel was lowkey trash. only a treadmill, and a very old lifting set. The hotel itself has a weird smell to it and the rooms too. The staff were nice and helpful however and the location is not too bad. Overall I would not stay here again simply because I like more upkept and modern hotels. This was a 7 rating on expedias scale and I usually stay at 8’s and up, so that was on me. Parking is nice there too. 10/10 location & parking.

While laying in the beds all of us started feeling itchy and looking at the walls there were black speckles which are signs of bed bugs. Tore the sheets apart to inspect for bed bugs nothing was found but the whole family felt uneasy about staying there and were constantly itching all night. Checking both of our 2 years olds, the next morning one of the baby’s had tiny bite marks on her. We a family agreement to leave that hotel and move to a different one. We only stayed one night and the next morning i requested a refund.

We don't get to use the shower for it was broken.so the price should be lower. No shower and we paid full price.

Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good but could use more options.

Sketchy people and pretty sure someone was being attacked. They were screaming down the hallway at like 10:00 PM. I chose to leave at 11:00 pm as I did not feel safe there to stay over.

Nice staff. Very clean. Comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

When I checked in on Tuesday the 16th of June there was an overdosed male dying in front of the hotel. The bathroom smelled awful. The electrical outlets were sparking. Thin walls. Immense transient population using the pool and hot tub as hygiene. The laundry room was basically public. Not good guys.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean and great. Nothing at this time. It was a good stay
