Very good accommodation and facilities at a national park in in-spite of being remote from main city.

Great property. Comfortable beds and good amenities. Shuttle service was convenient and hotel staff was helpful.

We raised a formal complaint and requested cleaning the following day. No one showed up, the room was never changed, and we received no follow-up or acknowledgment from staff. It became clear that guests who are not part of the cruise package are treated as a lower priority. The indifference from management was striking. If you are not a cruise guest, you are effectively invisible to the service team here. For what this property charges, the conditions were shocking and the response to our concerns was worse. There are smaller, independent options nearby that deliver far better service and basic standards of cleanliness. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

Expected a refrigerator and hair dryer. The bathroom door was out of alignment. The toilet bubbled when other rooms flushed. It sounded like someone knocking at the door when people would walk by the door. The beds and lighting were pretty good.

The check in building was awesome. The concept was like a little village and was amazing. The grounds needed some serious upkeep ie paint and bushes/tree and "lawn" maintenance. The room was nice but had peeling paint in a few spots. Most of the staff was nice, but some made us feel like an inconvenience. Overall good experience, but for the price I definitely expected better.

Lots to do and great transportation assistance

Good restuarant options, very walkable property, very close to adeventure activities, shopping and Denal National Park entrance! Great location. Very easy shuttle service to Denal national parkas well - would be great if rooms had a small refrigerator. Pay per load laundry is also available.

AC didn’t work in our room, called maintenance and nothing got fixed. Brown water was coming from the sink in the bathroom. All for a whopping price of over $400 for one night.

Beautiful resort style lodge right next to everything Denali. Free shuttles to Denali National Park entry points. The room was clean and well maintained property. We had some issues with keys not working the first couple of times which was later resolved. The only thing I would mention is that the rooms are quite a bit of walk from the entrance, so hauling luggage is a pain. They do provide free cart rides to take you to the room but there’ll be a wait until you find one especially in the busiest season. I still recommend staying here for the convenience and beautiful maintained property.

You can do better, Princess!

This is basically an upscale motel. Room was very small. Staff was very rude with exception of the young man who picked us up to take our bags to the parking lot. Our first impression was from the lady with the beak screeching at us to move our car when we were trying to unload.

The outside decks and shopping area was really nice. Had great food at King Salmon. Hotel staff was not friendly unless you were on a princess excursion. I would not recommend for a long visit. Ok for a weekend trip.

Clean room with great view

Dinner was lovely in the saloon. Nice experience.

For being located where the sun doesn’t fully go down the curtains did very little to block out the sun. The beds were horrible I’ve gotten better sleep at a motel 6. No mini fridge to keep anything cold. At $400 a night I would not stay here again.

The only complaints are: 1. There are no fridges or silverware in the rooms. 2. The wonderful lobby of Buildings A and B has a terrible bar to operates at weird hours and has the lamest coffee I’ve had in ages. They should do something about that.

Great property with excellent shopping and restaurants onsite. Completely unexpected for the middle of the wild Alaskan interior
