The employees are all great, and although we usually do not choose valet parking, they were excellent with bringing up the car with a phone call. This hotel chain realizes that the customer has a long memory, and service is the name of the game. Thank you Opal!

The room was clean and the staff was very attentive. We had a wonderful stay.

We had the suite on top floor with the large balcony facing the ocean. Absolutely fabulous! Loved everything about it!

Every employee we encountered for the 6 nights we were there were just the nicest and most helpful - every one! We wanted to change our villa room right after check in and they accommodated, they answered questions, the valet people were great, the pool helpers were awesome, servers at the restaurant had great ideas for things to do. The food was also very tasty! The only annoyance was that an l electric blower was used every day at 6 am to clean up outside, and while it was hot and I understand the time of day, was an early wake up.

Stay was wonderful! First time here for a girls trip and we loved the property, hospitality, convenience, amenities. Only issues we encountered was a detached handle on the bathroom door and there was mold on the removable spout in the shower. Staff was notified at checkout. Otherwise near impeccable stay and we will definitely be back!

Love location at beach and pool is a little over crowded. Can head to serenity pool if what a little quieter.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights, it was the most beautiful resort we’ve been to in a while, fairly affordable with excellent restaurants & the pool & beach access were amazing. The service by the pool was outstanding. The drinks and food were very good. The amenities were great. I have to say I loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the room, it was better than anything I’ve ever used in my life. When we needed towels, we were able to get them immediately. The only complaint that we had was that the hallway smelled like dog we would open our door to go anywhere and all we smelled was a very strong scent of wet dog. It was nasty and it was there in the whole entire hallway. It did not go away before we left. Very disappointing ! We are dog lovers however, when we go to a hotel, we don’t expect to smell other people’s dogs.

The bathroom shower in our room was clogged and water pressure was absolutely horrible so my suggestion is that they need to keep the property better cause they are charging for the room a lot of money for those rooms

Concerns of bed bugs

This place was very nice and in a great location. The only downside was the AC went out and maintenance came to the room at 7:30am so we just ended up checking out due to the noise. The website led me to believe you could get a cabana on the beach but I was told by an employee that they had no affiliation with the beach and that we needed to find our own rentals. Overall it was a great experience and I will deffinitely go back.
