Gulfstream Manor

Staff was polite, easy to communicated with. Parking was easy. The room was mostly clean, just looked older and in need of some slight repairs, nothing major. I had two young children with me and was a little uncomfortable as it was mostly older adults without kids. My kids definitely brought the party to the relaxed pool.

Air conditioning was out in original unit so they put us in a corner… we are adaptable. Good location. Quiet. Location on beach a major positive and staff was consistently friendly

Amazing location, very helpful staff, but no one on site outside of 9-5 hours. Available by phone and helpful. Water was shut off once during our stay by mistake but quickly rectified. Sofa bed sheet bag had a plastic zip tie between the zippers, making it difficult but not impossible to open. Would definitely go back if in the area.

The staff and guests that stay there who some actually own timeshares in, we're extremely friendly. They let us check in a little early and everything was clean. I would definitely go back if I was ever visiting. Only knock I would have on the whole place with the oven. I think they had cleaned it recently and the product residue was left over and it made the oven smoke a bit but it was not a big deal. Overall very satisfied

Rooms are huge, spotless, and have a LOT of amenities. Also, the area is exclusively private housing so the beach is pretty empty.

The room was fantastic. Clean simple and spacious. The area outside the room was top tier with a pool, and walk out access to the private beach

Overall our stay was good however we had to stay in room 104 and it was close to the service department where the service people were located and it at times was loud because the laundry room was right outside our bedroom. I would have preferred to stay in another room with a view or something, but it was tucked away. The manager stated that he would make sure we had a better room if we stayed there again. However, he was very nice very respectful and polite. The location to the beach was wonderful and we did not use the pool cause we were on the beach. Would I recommend this location again yes but not the room in which we stayed.

Room was great. Great location. Friendly staff and neighbors! If I go back to that area I will stay there again for sure.

Amazingly very clean suite the staff was accommodating and welcoming,pool was great as well I love the fact that everything is already there in the suite that's needed for a short or long stay from the kitchen with utensils to the bathroom with extra towels & bedroom with extra linen,that you may or may not need but it's there for you a comfortable stress-free stay. However, my only complaint was I didn't book a longer stay here🙂and I definitely will be booking again in the future.

There is only one parking spot per unit so I had to pick up my daughter from Delray if she wanted to come. Other than that we loved it here and will come back. The beach at your front door was by far the best feature. It was a sure property and everyone I spoke with seemed nice

Large, well equipped rooms steps from the beach. There are only private homes/apartments nearby so the beach isn’t crowded. Rooms are great fur short or long stay.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful, quiet and had an amazing time. We will definitely be back again! The office and grounds people were so nice and very attentive! I would definitely give a 100 percent on how clean and comfortable we felt on this trip. Definitely go and experience this resort, the pool, jacuzzi was completely clean. Plus there beach was so convenient! Love this and can't wait to go back!!
