    Live bugs in the room. Clogged shower drain. Poor lighting. Dirty walls. Missing hair dryer. Only one bath towel. No live staff around and no one answering the phone. No breakfast. Need I say more? If we had not come to our room so late in the evening we would have definitely found another place to stay for the night. Company refused a refund.

    I liked that the staff was attentive and friendly. With that being said, our room smelled like mildew and old cigarettes, the windows was broken, we were only provided 2 towels for 3 guests. Also, breakfast was unavailable and we were not informed prior to our stay. With that being said, the staff did correct the towel issue by allowing us to grab more and we did not complain about the other issues as we had little hope a new room would be any better.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Upon arrival, there were police outside the property, which immediately made us uneasy. We checked in and were assigned a room, only to haul all of our luggage up two flights of stairs and discover that the room had clearly not been cleaned. There were flies buzzing around, dirt throughout the room, and sheets and towels were thrown around as though housekeeping had never even stepped into the room. It looked like no one had stayed there in weeks. After carrying all of our belongings back downstairs, the front desk employee handed me another guest's ID without verifying my identity, which is a serious privacy and security issue. We were then assigned a second room, but immediately upon entering we were overwhelmed by a strong mold odor and knew there was no way we could stay there. At that point we requested a refund and had to spend the next couple of hours trying to resolve the situation and find another hotel, which took a significant amount of time out of our vacation. Thankfully, we found accommodations elsewhere. The condition of the rooms, the lack of cleanliness, and the security concerns surrounding another guest's identification being handed to me make this a property I cannot recommend. I would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.

    There was seriously nothing positive I could find about this property other than the fact it was next to a Wendy’s drive-through. For starters, the room smelled like a smorgasbord of mold . Secondly, none of the electrical outlets worked. Next, the TV didn’t work. There was no one at the reception desk, that duty was outsourced via a CCTV monitor or AI generated receptionist. Thirdly, the bed was wet or at least moist when I got there. I literally left the place after an hour after booking it for two days. I don’t have the energy to get my refund.

    This property is outdated and not the most appealing place to stay. The room smelled like mildew, the baseboards were falling apart, the mirror was cloudy, the a/c wasn’t cold enough, and the outside appearance wasn’t clean. The sidewalk, elevator and stairs were dirty and the garbage can outside was spilling over with trash. When checking in, you speak to a representative that’s on a screen, there’s no actual human working at the desk. I’ve never experienced a stay like this. I was tired from a long drive but I obviously made the wrong choice to stay and rest.

    The location is good. No one was on the front desk for a check in. The room was disgusting. The cigarette and dampness smell was so strong. The bathroom was so dirty and it had just 2 tiny towels. I don't recommend this "hotel" not even for animals and not even for free.

    There's no reception, just a virtual machine that attends to you...!! They don't serve breakfast and apologize for it.They also don't give or provide towels, so take note if you're reading this advice...

    The room was relatively clean. The outside and lobby is pretty gross. They are supposedly renovating at least that’s what the sign said as to why they aren’t offering breakfast even though on the site it is advertised. I didn’t see any signs of renovation though. I was given a bath mat for a towel and 2 conditioners and no shampoo, which I didn’t realize till I was in the shower. If your looking at price only, then it is what it is. I don’t think I’m staying here again. I’ll spend more and get something more than a bed

    I would say the only thing that was nice was the TV, but sort of. They had a built-in Chromecast that you could not use. But a decent amount of channels. Okay first of all when we arrived we didn't speak to a physical person, we got to talk to a guy on a computer screen, but check in with simple. After we got into our room we saw mold growing on the walls, the ceiling and closet doors, on top of that we could smell something rancid and after a little bit of investigation we pulled back the covers and found there was vomit on our bed. After going down and talking to the representative on the computer screen. He moved us into a king size bed because he didn't have two queens available, the second room had a cigarette smell. But at least it was cleaner than the first room. The shower barely worked, you couldn't determine what was hot or cold nothing was labeled. The shower head barely put out any water. Overall I would never stay there again. I have stayed in many La Quinta's hotels over the years and this is one of the worst experiences I've ever stayed at.
