I have stayed at this property every year for the last 3 years and it's my go to property in this area. Very clean hotel with a great staff that make it easy.

Our room smelled like a slight smell of a animal had been in there. Wasn’t bad enough to make a fuss over. Other than that and the price for one night for a king bed was $177. The rest was perfect!

This is an excellent property. In my future travels I will definitely be looking for Courtyard Inns.

They advertise a hot tub and pool . Their in not either. They advertised a breakfast that I paid for. It wasn't there. The room I booked was supposed to have tub in room . It didn't but front counter clerk did change me room easily .

Clean, spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and coffee. The backyard area was a wonderful place to relax.

The television in our room was non-functional, and despite checking in with staff, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, there were noticeable stains on the carpet upon our arrival. We also extended our stay and requested housekeeping services multiple times; however, our room was never cleaned. We were disappointed that these concerns were not addressed during our time with you. I hope you will look into these service lapses to improve the experience for future guests.

Room appeared clean, but found a large cockroach in my bathroom...eeewww. Staff was friendly. Fridge and microwave are small, probably not the best accommodations for longer stays. Overall, not bad, staff were really friendly.

We paid for a room with two queen beds. We get into our room, tv is not working and no running water. They only have a king room available with a pullout couch, we move rooms because we have two small child. We were told they’d put points on our account for a free night and I have yet to receive them.

Room, staff and property very nice!!! Only thing that I saw could be fixed was the water pressure in the bathroom and sink.
