It was great

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

The hotel price was excellent, location is ideal for having food choices. Clean rooms

We had issues with the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

Get place to stay. Very close to food options and the highway.

breakfast was great, make sure to get a room with the thermostat on the wall for ac control, the wall units are not as good dont get chilly like the other ones

I was a pretty decent room but the beds where not comfortable or the pillows!! other than that for a one night stay it's a good place to stop in!

Better than anticipated! Clean and comfortable, but the room was quite small, and we missed having a desk in it. Breakfast was good, simple but good. Weird to have "One plate per Person" signs in the breakfast area, thought it was more buffet style. Was I supposed to put my eggs and sausage on top of my waffle? Had to be a rule breaker to get what I wanted to eat for breakfast.

Don’t reserve a room if you don’t know for sure your travel plans are definite. We had a reservation as we were flying from Dallas. The flight got cancelled early in the day and weren’t able to come in that day. So we called and no one ever answered the phone. I called several times and Expedia called several times with no luck. After several hours later Expedia finally got thru and the hotel denied the cancellation and denied the request for a refund. This was totally out of my control and the hotel avoided any communication. They were pretty quick taking my money though. Very shady practices.

It was unfortunate that one of the doors leading into the property was unlocked continually you did not need a card to get in. Then one of the doors that was locked you needed a card to get in but your card wouldn’t work to get in. They also need to address new shower curtains, and absolutely new pillows. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when I went to cancel my third night. He saw it was from a booking through Expedia and without his help I would not have gotten a refund for that third night.

Great value for the money, close to Whole Foods and many eateries

Rooms was clean .( we do UV light test / air quality tests ) both came back acceptable. Sheets and bedding was clean, no crazy stains. Friendly staff. Close parking. Nice decor . Over all and for the price I’d personally give 5/5 for our stay

325, bath was very nice, 3-way mirror, shelving unique, nice vanity surface. footrest, however, making entry to the closet cupboard, and desk chair, were shabby, to say the least. The chair didn't fit under the table. Other than those distractions, the room was very nice.

Good

Breakfast was good. Could have offered more fruit options and perhaps cold cereal. Our room was dirty. The cabinet under the sink was very dusty and had women’s hair on it. You could not take a bath because the drain looked like it had been eaten up by acid. Our bedspreads had something dirty on them and was very easy to see.

The rooms were clean. Hotel was well maintained even though it was a little older. Good parking. Most of all, great staff.
