Extended Stay America Select Suites - Fort Lauderdale - Airport - West

The sink and the bathroom would not drain properly the water would fill up and then come out. There were quite a few people there that were very loud and you could hear them and sleeping was difficult for an extended stay I was quite surprised and disappointed.

Stayed here in Feb 2025. It was very dirty, bugs and roaches everywhere. The room was not cleaned at all, still had garbage in the trash can. The bed sheets looked like they were not changed. The elevator was broken at the time as well. Had a late check in so could not go to another hotel. It was the worse experience I ever had with a hotel. I hope it has improved since then but if not, this place should be shut down, it was that bad.

Service wasn't very convenient.

The team is amazing so helpful, quick to get situated, and welcoming. 10/10 close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, CVS, Wawa, etc 10/10 for me

Nothing the bathroom was dirty with food and someone else’s clothes in it Didn’t like the smell. Like the cleaned with dirty mops

I loved it when they cleaned out the a/c unit it was way much colder then before. Yes it was blowing cold cold but after the cleaned it was way much colder!

I didn't want to have breakfast because the place seemed very dirty to me. The place is very dirty and neglected.

This location is perfect no hassle , no loud noise , just perfect. Everybody here is friendly and kind.

Had never stayed in an extended stay. Won’t do it again. Cockroach in the fridge. The floors dirty. Things broken like the toilet seat. Side of the fridge rusted out. Just the worse place I’ve stayed. The young lady that checked me in was great. Helped me up to the third floor with my luggage.

The fact that it took a long time to check in. The appliance in the room is rusted out and old.

Staff was very friendly. However, the place was infested with roaches. They were everywhere.

I didn't like anything. The whole room, the smell, the dingy refrigerator, the old furniture, the smell of the blanket on the bed. I couldn't wait to check out. It wasn't what I was expecting, and it's not a place I would stay at, even for free.
