The staff was very kind and helpful. The bathroom didn’t seem very clean. Maybe it was just old but it looked dirty.

When I contacted the front desk to let them know, I needed my room clean they sent a woman to the room to give me extra towels. And then called down and complained that $250 a night for a room that was dirty was not acceptable and that I did not call and request extra towel towels. I called because the room needed to be cleaned. Eventually by 9 PM the room was cleaned when I got back. So we slept got up at seven and immediately left and will not be returning.

Men’s Bathroom in common area was disgusting dirty with no toilet paper seat on toilet falling off. Room wasn’t ready that we had picked . Don’t receive so called hot cookies. Bathroom shower in room was disgusting and shower head was pathetic. Just not a good experience.

A/c in the room was nice and cold

There was only 1 elevator working, we had to change rooms due the ceiling leaking, you should give complementary breakfast to guest staying. Instead you pay for everything. Not even a microwave in a room. So you have to go down 1 working elevator to heat food. The only nice friend staff were the servers. The first room we were in the floor didn’t have an ice maker so we had to go to a different floor. Then the second room we were moved to was decent. But you could see all the mold build up on the lobby vents. Food was good for breakfast. Just expensive and you guys charge for every little penny

We booked a King room which was not clean when we entered room. They offered a Double Queen room with a River view and free breakfast as a solution. Room was adequate but disappointing and the breakfast was terrible. Buffet pans empty, eggs dry, bacon absent and the sausage was like hockey pucks. Omelets orders done incorrectly. Plates crashing in the back kitchen. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for that. Stained cement on the waterfall made it look bad too. Things just looked dirty. The only bright spot was the clever free cookie gimmick.

Garage was supposedly full for free parking. We had to park across the street In a garage where the was several people hanging out and drinking late. My daughter and I came back at 11 and was pretty scared to even get out of the car. Hotel is very noisy and overly priced food and breakfast.

Not every situation is as it seems and not every person is a degenerate, or guilty of anything more than attempting to help someone who they believed was making an effort to change their lives. (Referring to my situation). It's in very poor taste and character to be discussing guests in a very negative manor, belittling them in front of other hotel staff and other guests at the hotel in such a way, or coming to the door after I requested a late check out, for the mire 20$ fee, and banging on the door as the housekeeping staff was easily 4-8 rooms away from the room i rented, still cleaning those rooms. Frankly, I have never in my life been treated in such a way and we (my significant other and i) are hilton gold members, w multiple stays none business travel associated, 5-10xs a year easily. My s/o will be speaking w management directly on Monday to address the way I was mistreated, aka privacy violations. I hope in the future this will be corrected, as Bethany would have never treated anyone or their private matter advertised in such a humiliating manor. Shame on her.

Clean room, bed and pillows were great, staff was helpful and friendly, bar was nice, breakfast buffet looked amazing but we were didn't have time to eat.

Very dirty! Showers look like they never been cleaned properly. Bathroom was not cleaned at. Very outdated! Place is falling apart.

One of the Two Elevators was not in service--again annoying but not a major hassle, just took extra time to get to and from the Fifth Floor The Room was fine! Shower/Water Pressure/Hot Water were all as expected...A/C Unit worked great and we had a decent view of the river bridge The Hotel Bar closed promptly at 11 which is lame...

The place very clean and nice cool air in room.

The bar was so annoying and you could hear all the people in the bar from your room. I had to call twice to get coffee, because in the first call, I didn’t get any. The view is terrible, if you like having a good view do not go here. There’s a huge parking lot infront of you on one side. The cars shine so much light, that not even the shades block it. It was so hard to sleep and the mattresses were so hard. There is no microwave in the room so you have to go all the way downstairs. The showers are so small and the water pressure is extremely low. The tv is good and has okay channels. You also have to pay for breakfast which is 18$ which isn’t that bad. I definitely recommend making sure the weather is good when you come to the hotel, because the sun shines through the hotel in a nice way. The pool isn’t the best. Staff is nice and the rooms are pretty clean. Find a better hotel

Tv broken. Baseball tournament teams screaming in the hallways well in to the night so a good nights sleep was impossible.

Tout était parfait, merci.

Nathan at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and good sized. Exactly what we needed. Good locale. Close to shops, river, dining, Illinois.
-
The room smelled kinda musty. The AC didn’t seem to be cooling very well. Over all it wasn’t awful but probably wouldn’t stay there again.’

Parking was full, the room I booked “was not available” because the rooms were over sold. The employee was at the bar watching a basketball game & didn’t want to help us. He was totally unapologetic, and rude. I was unable to speak to the manager until Saturday evening, who gave me Hilton points to make things better, and said he would talk to the employee. Upon checkout, I saw the same employee wandering around and socializing with other employees in other areas. Somebody came to the desk & stood there for awhile & finally sat down on a couch to wait for him to come. Afterwards, he continued wandering, and each person had to wait for him to come back to do his job. The shower floors were cracked in both rooms that our party had, and there was food under the wall night stand that hadn’t been cleaned previously. It was a frustrating stay.

What I didn't care for was the noise in the atrium up to 11pm at night. Since all rooms go around the atrium the sound carried. There were a lot of children there and the parents allowed them to stay up late which created most of the noise. The hotel staff should have not allowed that noise after 10pm.

This is a very nice hotel. I though the breakfast should have been included.
