Great room

Great place to stay before cruise.

Great experience the pregnant lady that worked at the front desk when I arrived on June 25, 2026 around 9 AM was very helpful very courteous very knowledgeable and overall just a great experience. My customer service with A1. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was well maintained and friendly staff.

The property was at a great location. Room was spacious. Only odd thing was entertainment center had doors taken off and made it look un managed but other than that great room

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Room was only cleaned when requested, but for a four day stay this was ok. Received fresh towels on request. Only problem was the laundry which is 24 hours, someone decided to use the tumble dryer for sneakers at 22.15 . I complained to reception and they said there was nothing they could do about it.

This room was amazing. Thw staff accommodated every request. For example late check out and held bags until check in time. Allowing us to go downtown. A really great stay with an amazing room.

My experience at HYATT house Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The entire hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The location is perfect—close to the airport, cruise port, restaurants, shopping, and everything you may need. The shuttle service was convenient and made our trip stress-free. What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere was peaceful, the amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was simply top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Fort Lauderdale or heading on a cruise. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, and I will definitely return. Thank you to the entire Hyatt House team for making our trip so memorable. Very nice home

Perfect 👌 front desk staff took care of us. Shuttle service was on time

It’s a nice enough hotel and I love the kitchens and separate seating areas, but it’s time for them to update it. Our room was missing parts of the tv cabinet facing, 2 of which you could tell had doors previously because they left some of the hardware. It left exposed wires which made me glad my toddler wasn’t with us. The 2 bathroom doors are annoying to deal with and leave a gap in the middle when closed, which gives whomever is laying in bed a perfect line of sight to the person on the toilet. It’s the little details that normally make Hyatt house stand out, but this particular location needs to work on those. The staff was outstanding, though!
