Good place for the price.

Clean, complimentary shuttle friendly staff near of restaurants.

The room was cleaned for the most part aside from the minor stains in the tub. The only issue would be that no matter what we turned the air conditioner on, it was extremely hot.. especially at night. The room stayed on 71, even if we turned the ac unit to 64. Both nights my sister and I woke up drenched in sweat…this wasn’t just a regular night sweat…our clothes were wet as if some liquid was poured on us. This was the extent of how hot the room was. Otherwise it was a decent experience.

The staff was really nice and helpful, the woman who took us to the airport by the Hotel Shuttle was amazing and professional, she arrived early and helped us load our luggage. The hotel is located very close to the airport.

Property located in a unsafe area. Our a uber driver told us not to exit the property at night. The staff was friendly. Property was clean and close to the airport. Would not recommend if traveling alone or with children.

The staff was great overall but front desk staff was not very welcoming. Room and atmosphere was great. Will definitely stay again.

Air conditioning was a lil slow to cool down the room, but overall great stay. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly, although they’re serious about not letting you into breakfast without your ticket (which I left in our room as we were checking out). Dove shower products were a nice touch. Close distance to shopping center and the airport and cruise terminal and free shuttle. Would recommend. They also stowed our bags while we waited for room.

Unhelpful staff.

Breakfast is over at 9:30am. They start packing up about 15 minutes before 9:30am. Which is one of the reasons why I booked at this hotel, for the free breakfast.

I’ve stayed in this hotel before ! This is our go to hotel when we go on and return from a cruise . It’s always clean and they have transportation to and from the ports & airport . My only complaint this time was the Creaky bed every time you moved in room 627 . That’s the first time that ever happened so still an overall great hotel ! I will return when I’m in Fort Lauderdale

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, free continental breakfast. Shuttle to FT Lauderdale Airport and you can pay to keep car parked in covered garage while away on trip.

Staff was professional, helpful, property clean, great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again in the near future.

1. Customers were waiting a long time for checking out while a only hotel clerk at reception counter was busy talking on phone. 2. I was refused to have a final statement printout because the clerk said it is Cheap Ticket (third party) responsible, even though hotel had asked me to provide credit card for depositing when checking in.

Limpeza e transfer

We try to use this hotel every time we have an early flight out of Ft. Lauderdale. The location is excellent, cost & value are above satisfactory, the overnight parking is very secure and reasonable priced and the free shuttle to & from the airport is a big plus. Not much to complain about. Checks all the required boxes for an overnight stay and early start to a longer vacation.

Was only there for one night, it was super close to the airport. Hotel lobby was clean, room was clean. Didn’t get a chance to take advantage of amenities but would book again
