Staff woke me up one morning by repeatedly banging on the door. When I answered, he asked about a service I’d requested which was false. When he realized I’d been sleeping, he told me to put up the do not disturb sign, which I didn’t have because the housekeeping staff had taken it the day prior after cleaning my room. The continental breakfast was also underwhelming. There was yogurt, some bagels and store pastries. I just grabbed orange juice and left. Everything else was average. It’s a quiet area and parking is easy to find since not many people stay here.

The lady at front desk (worked in the evening) was very helpful and friendly. Offer suggestions about where to eat and other places of interest.

Claim is that it has newly renovated rooms, but the work is shoddy and the armchairs in the last 2 rooms that I stayed at were stained. Otherwise , rooms are decent for the $ and I have never seen any bugs

The room could be just a little cleaner. Bed linens and towels were clean, just some extra attention to trim and hair dryer cord. I would stay here again.

I like the location to shopping and restaurants. The room had a damp and somewhat musty smell. The upholstered chair was very stained.

I was disappointed in the room decor - it all seemed worn, damaged and outdated. There was a pale red stain on the bed sheets, although they did appear clean. A chair had a random seat cushion on it that didn't match anything in the room, and seemed to have been swapped out to make the chair complete. The photos shown on the website were not representative of the room I was given.

Clean rooms, only thing I had i problem with is there was no microwave in the room, other than that excellent room for the price.

Pool was closed the 4 days I was there housekeeping not there first day my trash was left in the can with the 1/2 sandwich 2 days napkin still between sheets they claim they change every day

It was fine, the room is basic but comfortable, they offer a small complimentary breakfast and you can help yourself to coffee throughout the day. The WiFi was a bit frustrating… they have like 6 networks and it kicks you off a couple of times a day and you have to log back in, annoying when you are staying for a week.

Location Sheets on bed were dirty, as if needed washing. Chair in room was completely dirty and nasty, couldn't sit in chair. HVAC was uncontrollable, unable to adjust temperature too cool in room.
