Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in a prime location.

❌A very visible blood stain or something similar on the bedroom window ❌No room service even though they advertise it. ❌Requested new towels and they never came. I stayed here from 6/19 - 6/21. The place is very old. I went to my jr. suite and noticed it was pretty dirty looking(pics below). I had to call for an additional blanket to put in the sofa as it was visibly filthy. I get the blanket and there is what appear to be dried blood on it. There was also dried blood on the window. Nonetheless I sprayed and wiped down everything with Lysol. I tried to order room service because I was not feeling well enough to go down, I was told there’s nobody available for room service and I had to come down to get it. So for the 2 days there was no room service. The morning of check out I called for more towels and they never came I went to the front desk and was told by the man that there’s nothing he can do, he stated he sends a message to housekeeping and it’s up them to fulfill the reques. I was extremely disappointed it was expensive to stay and the very least they could do was have the rooms clean. Ps. I spoke to a guy at that front desk late that night and he was very apologetic about the conditions of the room and seemed concerned.

Older property, elevator kept getting stuck; the bed was a little itchy on the first night but the staff was very nice. I would not stay in this property again though.

Clean, convenient. Had to pay for parking. Freeway (635) was very loud.

Excellent service from the staff, they were very helpful! Our first room had a distinct smell, probably from the hotel being older. We asked for a room change and they accommodated us rather quickly to a new room. If they do some upgrades to the rooms, we will definitely go back!

Spent the first night of the weekend in room 604. Everything seemed fine. The next morning I got out of bed and found the large brown stain on the sheets that had not been changed. After that, nothing else mattered. I won’t go back.

The room was nice however the only issues we experienced were loose outlets and struggling to keep the bathroom door closed. Overall it was a decent experience.

This was an amazing experience and highly recommend the property. Checking in was smooth even though there were like 30 others ahead from the Fiji airlines crew. Quick turnaround for room service and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The food from breakfast to dinner was on point and did not disappoint. The fish tacos extra crispy hit the spot and were the right size to satisfy my hunger. The guest services brought items that were low to ensure we were able to take full advantage of the amenities. Walking distance from the Galleria made it a pleasant and easy way to get to and from the hotel.

The hotel room was awesome. Staff very friendly. Safe location. Parking was easy to obtain. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessary conveniences for shower and sink. Would love to stay here in the future. Thank you!

They had a van that would drive you a 6 miles radius, very friendly and accommodating people good food in the restaurant. Rooms were decent size etc. would stay again Can’t think of anything
