I’d like to start with this place being littered with sketchy looking people posted all around the building an outside. There was nobody to check me in to the hotel. Then charged me for a room without me being checked in.

Blankets and furniture were stained. Staff was not polite at all.

The room has nothing. We have to go to the loddy to request everything basic, like towels, hair dryer, cups, glasses etc. & bring them to our room ourselves. The room has a table but not providing chair, not even one. The elevator takes a long time to close the door, looks like it can go out of order anytime. The room key card doesn't work all the time. They only serve coffee every short time in the morning so basically no breakfast provided. The hotel needs serious upgrade. Hallways are dark, doesn't feel safe at all. Find somewhere else if you can.

Cleaner knocking our door at 09:00 and asking if we where checking out when check out time is 11:00 not very good

Absolutely nothing that place is disgusting.. the shower is gross I literally showered with socks and slides on the hallways stay with trash everywhere. It's disgusting the staff Tiffany and Kiesha are extremely rude. The young guy that does night audit smokes weed in the stairwell

The location and staff are the highlights of this property. It is conveniently situated near numerous establishments, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room is well-equipped with a large refrigerator and cooking facilities, which is a great advantage for longer stays. However, guests should exercise caution when cooking, as smoke or excessive heat may trigger the fire alarm. One aspect that could be improved is the odor throughout the property. There was a noticeable smell in the hallways and upon entering the building, which detracted from the overall experience. In addition, I detected the smell of marijuana near the entrance on several occasions. Improving ventilation and maintaining a fresher, cleaner environment in the common areas would significantly enhance guests’ first impressions and overall comfort.

The location and staff. It’s accessible to many establishments and staff are helpful. The smell when along the hallways and when you enter the property.

Disappointing

It could have been a good experience; the place is clean. When they cleaned the room, they stole my charger and took some coins; I reported the incident, but they claimed no charger had been reported missing and refused to take responsibility. On top of that, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, which was a nuisance.

Yes, I do not like the fact that the fire alarm went off for 12 hours straight on June 6, 2026. It began at 10:45 PM and didn’t stop until 11:00 AM the next morning then the assistant manager had an attitude because I asked to be given a refund so

It was clean, the staff was pleasant, and parking was good. I would prefer more lights in the hallway and security cameras on every floor, and security guard on site. Other than that, it was peaceful, nice quite atmosphere. I would stay there again.

I did not like the fact that when we found the roaches in the bed and the bugs and we asked if we can get the bidding changed, they said no we have to wait for 14 days
