Wonderful hotel! The people working there could not be more kind and helpful—especially Lance, bellman, and Bridget at the front desk. Fabulous room, great amenities. Fresh chocolate chip cookies welcomed me in the room (delicious!). The gym even had an indoor track! Wish I got to experience more of the Village. Will def stay here when in Dallas!

Very large loft, pretty decor, super-clean. Outstanding amenities - like a village, everything you need. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is not a negative, but I would recommend placing several luggage trolleys in the garage for visitors staying in the lofts so that they have a way to move things from their car to the loft. Thank you!

What a wonderful hotel. Everything from the staff, the rooms, the amenities, the location etc far exceeded our expectations. We had a fabulous stay and will be booking again.

Everything clean and perfect. Friendly, great location One of our rooms maybe 410 had a moldy smell but otherwise would stay again!

The room was a Loft Suite. Very nice but the main concern it is not suitable for very young children. Not suitable for very young children.

Excellent service and accommodations!

At check-in, the front desk attendant told me I could scan a QR code in my room to order delivery from a restaurant across the street. After scanning the code, I learned the restaurant was not accepting orders due to trivia night. I returned to the front desk to ask about alternative options and was told I could order food at the lobby bar. However, when I went to the bar, I was informed that the kitchen was already closed. It was frustrating to book this hotel based on the convenience of dining options, only to find that none were actually available. If food service is limited or subject to frequent closures, that should be clearly communicated so guests can plan accordingly.

Liked the location and access to restaurants and shops I was not told that my room was a block from the hotel and that I had to walk up a flight of stairs with my suitcase and laptop. One of the hotel staff helped me but it was disappointing as I wanted to stay at the main hotel.

There is so many good things I could say about my past birthday visit at the Drey. All the top amenities are there, amazing bars, outstanding food, and beautiful rooms. But the staff there is what really makes it outstanding. Whether you need a recommendation, a reservation or help they are willing to go above and beyond. Special shout out to Bridget and to Chef at Kyo to the amazing individuals that make this sort of experience possible.

This unit is extremely spacious. Clean and minimal but very beautiful. Floor to ceiling windows that catch a lovely sunset and sunrise. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful. Will return again.
