A beautiful property with an older hotel, but the rooms are bigger because it’s an older hotel.

Beautiful property. Room clean and comfortable. The persons at the front desk were adequate but not real friendly. Didn’t really give info on who Ken Cooper is and the focus of the property. I found all that out myself by talking with people. We did not receive the handouts until checkout. I do plan to return and utilize the fitness, spa, and boutique.

By far one of the best hotels with amenities! Everyone was super friendly, area was very secure and peaceful. Beds were super comfortable rooms were awesome! Will definitely stay again and definitely recommend!

This hotel is located on a lovely, shady campus with walking paths, a spa, exercise facilities, and an onsite restaurant. The grounds are an oasis within the city.

The rooms were super. The grounds amazing. Quiet...so quiet. The onsite facticity that they refer guests for food and drink was closed both days of our stay and the day we arrived very limited hours. This was a huge bummer. Not even just coffee, tea, doughnut, etc. I believe that a coffee bar in the lobby with good coffee, creamers/milks, hot water, apples, would go a long way to have services match the campus and rooms. Something more than what they have now. But don't make it a token effort as that will not be well received by the coffee snobbies of the world.
