Comfort Inn & Suites Cuyahoga Falls - Akron

Be aware if you are coming back late, parking was bad. I found the last spot available in a corner behind the hotel in a poorly lit area. Thank goodness there was a car dealership next door that helped light up the parking lot. When we got there, a car was parked under the roof at the front door, and another car was parked almost in front of the garbage dumpster. Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was ok both days, TV skipped the entire time we were there.

Great hotel rooms were clean and smelled clean staff was great and helpful check in and check out was quick and easy breakfast was good typical hotel breakfast but close to tons of other food options, parking is a bit small so arrive early.

Didn’t get any VIP accountability.. no waters, no upgrades which I didn’t expect but the waters would have been nice.

The place was very clean and the amenities were very good for the overnight stay I needed.

Room was actually a spacious suite with separate bedroom. Very clean overall and bed was very comfortable.

Room was clean, comfortable and easy to access. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special. Loved that it was so close to dining options and easy to get to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and quick freeway access

From the moment we walked in, the assistant manager Joanna greeted us like old friends. She was genuinely happy to see us and made sure we got checked in as quickly as possible. Even gave us some snack bags. We stayed for 3 nights and we took advantage of the free breakfast; crispy bacon, eggs, cereals, oatmeal, pastry and bagels! Plenty of selections for everyone. The breakfast ladies, Miss Myra and Katona, are simply the best. They made sure there were plenty of food and coffee. The housekeeping on the second floor made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the front desk Joanna and Krystal, and everyone in Comfort Inn in Cuyahoga Falls, thank you for a comfortable stress free weekend! Great service from everyone!

I think they over compensated with pool chemicals to cover the fact that the pool and pool room, weren't as clean as they should have been. It was very strong smelling.The rest of the hotel was very clean. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was good, and the lady handling the breakfast room was fabulous! I wish I would have caught her name to recognize her

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was room 108 A/C was noisy, room is next to hotel storage room/Staff laundry was noisy.

Love staying at this location and lots to do nearby. My only wish was for a later breakfast it goes 6-9am. Rooms were clean and nice helpful staff.
