very clean and breakfast was wonderful

The suite was very nice—clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only downside was the confusion and inconvenience during the check-in process.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well. The shower was especially comfortable. Parking was included and staff was friendly and helpful. I was not able to connect to the front desk but other than that everything was fine.

I was at the hotel at 3:00 pm but the receptionist told me the room isn't ready yet. Also, the smoke of weed from one of the neighbor's room was spreading the whole floor. Very disappointing.

Clean Too expensive. Upset that when I arrived my room wasn't ready and it was check in time. After expressing much upset staff finally got me a room and then later gave me a complimentary breakfast which if I had to pay for I would have been very upset. No a great breakfast for what they were charging. Originally I felt put off by staff and talked to as if I should be okay to sit and wait 45 miniutes for them to clean my room past the check in time. Once I stated I was going to complain to management, then a room became available.

Everything great, apart from th wifi, which requires you register with Hilton Honors but then constantly requires you to re-login into and provide the credentials again. That's bad.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and rooms are always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant and Bar option is always nice.

It was a last minute booking to attend a concert at Stanford. The location was very convenient off the freeway and close to good food places. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. There was free coffee at the lobby. It's pet-friendly too! It's a good place to stay and I can recommend to my family and friends.

The staff was great. The room was clean and large enough. Parking was easy. The AC was loud when the fan was on and it then would smell a bit like smoke. Thankfully it was cool enough without that fan on to be able to sleep. The Pillows & the bed were great.
