Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cumming near Northside Hospital Forsyth

Staff were friendly and room was clean. Our experience was unique because of the noise of other guests-even when asked to quiet down

I do not recommend staying here unless you are OK with paper thin walls where you can everything. Our neighbors were very noisy and disrespectful, however the walls didn’t help. We could hear their conversations and could hear the alarm ringing in the morning. They hit the snooze 3 times. The people above us walked around the entire night. Not sure they even slept. Lastly, the road noise outside was horrible. We did not get any sleep. On a bright spot, the hotel staff that checked us in was very friendly and the breakfast staff was very nice. The breakfast food was fine, although powder eggs, but there were other options. The room floors were laminate vs carpet which was good. Because of the noise, I cannot recommend staying here.

A/c was far from cooling and room was stale I guess from leaking a/c unit as carpet was damp around it.

I booked a double queen but once we got there there were none left so we had to get a single king for 3 people. Nothing was offered for the mix up.

Friendly & helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and the room had good accommodations for keeping food. The pool seemed to be nice for the kids and there's a nice patio outside to relax. Games inside for kids. There was also a water refill station for fresh water, which was nice. Food was conveniently across the street, but there was no way to get directly across without a significant walk. There were bugs flying around the food/breakfast most mornings and while there was someone attending to the area, it was always sticky and messy. Coffee ran out every morning. The gym had better equipment than most, but it was dirty. Someone got removed from the pool area for enjoying a beer while they watched their kids swim (so dumb, they're an adult)

Good amount of space, comfortable beds, good gym and close to amenities We didn't like having to request housekeeping every time we needed the trash emptied, but at least it was posted that we needed to request.

Modern facility with good assortment of breakfast choices. Not the hotel's fault... may be it is? There were loud noisy guess what seem to be a party. It went on after midnight.

Son used the gym, the breakfast was pretty good, the room was clean. All good.

Very clean very friendly front desk. Good breakfast would definitely stay here again.
