Clean room

I stay at the property fairly often for work and generally all is just fine. i arrive late and leave before 7am , so the pm staff i engage with have always been helpful, nice and profession . no complaints . i have never seen the am team . today , i needed to extend my room so i started trying to call around 10:30 , 30 min before check out . i called the local number 10+ times . no one picked up . at 11:15 i tried to call the 800 number , the person was eager to help but could not . so i drove over to extend my reservation in person .i arrived at the property at 11:40 only to find a sign saying be back at 12:50. i grabbed my stuff and booked elsewhere .

Nothing it was grosse mold on the walls , wall paper peeling off the walls I have cancer and came down to ucla for a appointment and this was the most disappointing place dirty I've ever stayed at. Nothing it's awful

Nice people

Nothing Unclean and very old fashioned layout. Sink was dirty and didn’t drain. Bed was caved in on one side.

The room was clean but a bit run-down. The location was extremely convenient for me, visiting a relative in Culver City. Very friendly service at check in, more neutral at check out. Lots of dining options within a short walk; I didn’t even rent a car! I would stay here again on my next visit.

Bed and furniture in the bath tub really really bad condition

I liked the location and the size of the room very big but furniture is old n dated!! Cleanliness can't be seen as the bathroom and is old n needs repairing.. safe wasn't working again as we were in the same room before too , if it's not working y keep it there no tea bag's or tea making facilities I've said above

The restaurant attached to the hotel was outstanding.

Location Dim lighting, lumpy bed, old and deteriorating everything, whining noise in air conditioner, could hear the guests in the room above me walking around - all night long!

The room was very big and hence plenty of room to relax and luggage was like a studio flat The room was very dated , and old furniture, fixtures and fittings, the safe didn't work , when i informed reception, said not fixing as all rooms are being updated soon, bathroom is also small and cleanliness in it could be better no kettle or tea bags

Customer service support The billing system needs to be updated,always declining my debit card .My debit card was working in all places in LA except Travel Lodge
