Stains of the bed No TV No breakfast No help from the staff for the TV Only 2 towels for 4 persons (3night stay) Pay and ask for 2 queens beds and got a 2 double beds. Terrible experience for the price
-
Pretty run down. No bugs or anything but peeling paint. No drain plug for tub..
-
They need to do a good deeper cleaning , too much dust and wall dirty, I found a rotten caffe cup in the microwave .
-
Place was disgusting. Sheets had not been washed and smelled like B.O. Hairs on the floor of the shower. TV that did not work. It was like I was staying in a homeless shelter

Everything good .

We arrived in the middle of a remodel -- no breakfast, no central lobby area with coffee/water, protective glass between customer and staff. There was an elevator in this one, which isn't always the case with Quality Inn. Otherwise ... just okay.

This is a decent place at a budget price. I have stayed here half a dozen times or more since January. I’m hoping owners or manger will see my review. The furniture, lamps, everything are not brand new. But cleanliness is important. And this place is okay- but truthfully I have seen a decrease in the cleanliness. I think standards could be higher. What you lack in updates and working lamps and tv remotes, you need to make up for with spotlessness and clean rugs and carpets. And I am disappointed that the breakfast room is still closed although there is no indication of that online, so that bothers me and feels like false advertising. Having said that, I will be back for a 7th time in a few weeks, so that should be an indication that I find this hotel satisfactory.

They don’t clean your room daily and do they not bring new towels when you request or care that things are broken or don’t don’t work.

The furniture was ok. The a/c worked which was important because it was warm outside. The toilet seat was very low and uncomfortable in room 208. Breakfast was suppose to be included but was not provided. I went to a nearby diner for a satisfactory meal. The location was near many places to eat within a mile or so and there were several supermarkets nearby. Also hotel was right near an interstate.

Inexpensive, clean room. Dated design; amenities lacking. No bathroom fan. Prior damage to carpet and bathroom door. Fridge wobbled badly. Bedside floor lamp did not work. Limited plug-in space for devices.
-
No breakfast given - as advertised - due to Board of Health closing down the kitchen. No word of this was put on their site. Creepy feeling with a downstairs laundry area that was in shambles and obviously not available AND despite two attempts to look at Fitness room, I was never able to locate it. Very drab, run-down appearance. Unfamiliar with area and later found Courtyard by Marriott very close by as well as a Motel 8. Either were better located to eateries and in better condition.

Location and the end act that they usually provide breakfast There wasn’t breakfast because of renovations but not substitute was offered and we’re not able to get a discount The room is outdated furniture is old and mattress was very noisy and sagging
-
The hotel is old. The breakfast area was unavailable due to renovations with no advanced notice. I won’t stay here again.
-
The room was not clean. The duvet was dirty
-
It was Great experience
-
There was no breakfast but it was a decent place to stay

Friendly, helpful staff, but the hotel is badly in need of a full upgrade: paint, carpet, cabinet doors with broken hinges, etc. There's want at every turn.
