Excellent location and friendly staff!

Staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price was good.

We booked a "Signature" room with 2 queen beds for two nights and paid in full 5 months in advance. When we arrived they had difficulty finding any reservation for us, and finally informed us that we were only booked for one night in a room with one bed. When we challenged this (politely), they blamed it on Hotels.com and said they were full and could not accommodate the change. Their attitude seemed to be that we should just go away, but having paid well in advance for this hotel stay we pressed again to correct the problem. At that point they stated they could only proceed if we had written proof of our reservation. Fortunately I had printed out the confirmation received from Hotels.com that verified my story, as well as proof that we paid in full in advance, The clerk then retreated to "talk to the manager," and came back to say if we would wait in the lobby for 10 min. they would try to find us something. The did "find" us a room with two beds right on the parking lot (headlights in the window) on one side and with the hot tub right outside the window on the other side. I doubt anyone would describe this as a "signature" room.

Clean motel in beautiful surroundings

Excellent place to stay. We really enjoyed the large room, patio and hot tub. Beautiful view of the mountain and lodging areas as well as downtown.

Good views with decent room

Bathroom tiles bulging from wall, tub tap not functioning, fan not working and rusted, hair dryer barely worked, window fan didn't do anything, door jam insecure and bold sign says DO NOT LOCK DEADBOLT. Saggy bed. Walked on carpet near bed and it crunched under feet. Breakfast was fine, packaged items from grocery. Service was there at check in, not there any other time. Our friends stayed in a similar room, only difference in their experience was the carpet was wet in a spot.

We stayed with our dog and a reminder: call the hotel ahead of time if you have a pet.

I would never ever recommend this place. I would have felt safer at the Bates Motel.

N/A The staff was not there when I checked in. My key was just sitting on the counter. The place was empty but they put me right next to another person. I asked for the second floor and they put me on the first floor. The breakfast.was like frozen food from a gas station.

Was fine for one night would not stay longer . Breakfast was nothing special. Cold cereal and microwave sandwiches.

Never had this happen before. We booked a non refundable night at the Nordic Inn thru booking.com. We received a confirmation email from them, sent a note to the property that our check in time was 5-6pm, which they confirmed however we arrived a little after 5pm and no one was there at check in. There was a note to call Brenda but the phone number didn’t work. We stayed for about 5-10 minutes, left and went to dinner. While at dinner we called, emailed and tried to text the phone number but no one answered. After dinner we went back to the Inn to see if anyone was there but no one showed up. We luckily found a room at Elevation so cancelled the booking and will be disputing the charge. Such a weird thing to not be able to check in your room and for a hotel to not have a working phone number. Long drive to arrive at a hotel with no one working to check us in.

The room in the facility are quite lovely! We loved our hot tub and our view

Great location, easy walk to the mountain. Nice hot tub on the deck. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Great for a snowboard trip. Very good breakfast options. If I had a better. Was on the opposite side facing away from the mountain on the ground floor.

The prepared breakfast sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Location was a five minute walk from the ski area base. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking lot was very slick and would have been better if some salt or sand had been applied.

Love how close to the ski lift it is and that there’s a shuttle to town right by the lift The walls are thin, Dogs should be placed on the first floor could hear everything above us

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Nice breakfast and a very good location. Feels a bit like a motel. It’s an older property but if you only need simple it’s a good choice.

The door to Axtel room needs to be planed. The First Tracks transportation system is very efficient
