Loved the property

Very clean. Staff that is super kind and helpful and present. Pool area is clean with own set of towels for you. The gym is large, clean and has water, towels, and cleaning cloths. Manager super nice about finding and keeping items that I accidentally left . Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Everything, and every one was actually phenomenal! The place was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly.

Upon checking in, the front desk staff was courteous and prompt. The room was mostly clean except for a few hairs in the bathroom and dingy but clean looking towels. The bed was decent, somewhat comfortable. The blackout curtains kept the room nicely darkened. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evening. We slept well in between long days of travel on our family road trip. Upon check out though, there was a staff member at the desk who was pretty rude. She had a mouth full of food and curtly said “room number” followed by “gimme the keys”. She was not pleasant in the slightest. We’re used to friendly people behind the desk at hotels and hadn’t encountered someone like this before. As we are on our way home, we put this encounter behind us as our road trip vacation was otherwise wonderful!

The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. None of the supposedly four carts were observed at the entrance or on the main floor. Suggest putting electronic devices to locate missing carts.

Excellent! Perfect room, very clean. Quiet room. Convenient. No issues at all. I travel a lot and I’m very picky on hotels. This one was spot on.

This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend! The staff were very helpful and accommodating when things were needed, such as extra towels or coffee/cups for the room. Housekeeping was great picking up the room while we were out and keeping toiletries stocked!

Location is fine. We did not eat there. Toilet seat was broken. Toilet fill valve was broken. Room had a bad odor. TV remote was not working correctly.
