The location was nice. Next door to nice restaurants, a man made lake, and art district The whole hotel was filled with a little league and their parents. This was not an issue. However, the staff did not contain those guests. Little preteens were running all over the place, messing with elevators, common areas, etc. These were not your only guests and made those of us who were not part of this huge crowd, feel disrespected and unvalued. We talked with others that felt the same. Room was clean, thanks to your staff. But stains and tears all over the carpet and furniture.

Everything was PERFECT. It's a beautiful hotel, great staff, perfect location. It was easy access. I was very surprised at the value. I couldn't have been more comfortable. I honestly wouldn't change a thing!
