Dirty room

Room had a smell. Not very clean, stains on pillow covers and sheets

This was the worse experience. The room was not clean, no mattress cover, no pillow covers, stains on mattress and pillows, ac not working, remote to tv had no batteries, floors were dusty. When we told front desk, they suggested that we leave instead of making it right so me and family packed up and left. It was room 255 so warning people if you get this room ask for another unless they actually cleaned it after we left. Will never go back there again

Housekeeping never cleaned up room didn't bring clean towels never stocked up what was needed

Dirty rooms, smelly restrooms.... dirty breakfast area Cold eggs.... Dirty coffee dispenser Unfriendly staff I will not recommend this hotel to no one.

Great staff. Very helpful and patient. Room needed upkeep. Mattress was very old and lumpy. Only two small pillows per bed. Did like the large TV and channel selection. A lot of people at breakfast. Staff did their best to keep the area clean and fresh food.

The property looked very trashy and run down look like it was filthy I changed my hotel sitting in the parking lot I refused to even get out my car people had clothes hanging on the walking rails It looked very dirty and run down the clothes hanging everywhere

Passable

Good breakfast A/C wasn't working, moved to another room with a leak of water in bathroom.

The pool Had to have my room key rekeyed bc it did not work on one of the days. They ran out of eggs for breakfast one day.

There was nothing I liked if I could leave I would’ve left and got my money back, but I doubt that The room was terrible. There was gaps between the door and the floor. The smoke detector was missing. The sheets had stains the towels or small they were staying. Also, this place should be condemned. The staff was terrible horrible. please nobody go there.

Disappointing

Nothing Being charged $50.00 because I had my dogs with me . And was required to pay 100.00 deposit that still hasn't been deposited back onto my card 2.days later. The parking lot and area was not safe feeling. Homeless people wondering around the parking area

Close to store. Hidden fees and the cleanliness

Phone didn’t work. Bed was dirty towels were dirty. Hotel was humid. AC didn’t work. Pool was closed.
