Excellent

Booked months ahead of time and requested a room on the first floor. When I checked in they had none available and I was put on the 3rd floor. They had no idea I was a Hilton member and when they confirmed that I was they didn't give me the welcome gift. Also the pool was being repaired so we could not use it. Staff was friendly at check in but not efficient. Room was very clean and had great AC. Good place to stay with a great location. Maybe staff was just off that day.

No complaints here. It would be nice for a fenced in area for our four legged family.

Room was pretty clean, cover of vent from restroom was hanging and had a folded towel in it. Water is leaking from it right over the toilet. Breakfast was hit or miss, one bed was okay the other is already sinking in.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were great, everyone from the check in lady to the housekeeper was amazing, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid but the waiting can be long, which shows just good it actually was. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Parking was close but can be competitive to find the best spot, it definitely needed a few more handicap parking spaces to accommodate all guests who require such parking. Surrounded area is safe, never had any worries when going to vehicle at night. Road construction made it slightly awkward to find, but not overtly so and had numerous restaurants and fast food places within easy driving distance. Definitely at good place to stay.

Clean rooms, responsive and friendly staff. Not far from fishing spots or anything else. Clean pool and cooking area.

My daughter got stuck in the elevator with my nephew under 12 and instead of calling emergency they took over an hour to get them out meanwhile the kids were panicking in there.

i enjoyed the breakfast so much as there was variety of breakfast basics for my parents, my kids and myself. we were there for the sandcastle festival and had such a great time! the room was cozy and so spacious

Great location. Mall right across the street, restaurants nearby and right off SPID The room had a musky smell that overpowered everything. The sheets for the pullout couch had stains.

The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. The rooms were clean. We loved that there was a microwave and dishwasher. The storage spaces were plentiful. There were lots of plugs to charge our phones and computers! The restroom and shower were clean and neat! The lighting was great! I drank coffee in my room each morning before I went to breakfast out in the city! I did not eat breakfast at the hotel by choice! We chose to explore the city and some of its best breakfast spots! We were centrally located near all the restaurants and activities that we planned to explore! Overall, we enjoyed our visit and plan to come back real soon!? There was nothing I did not like!
