Cleanliness, price, and good customer service

The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, and it was quiet. The breakfast was great The TV needs to have a guide sheet on how to find the channels. Ive never seen one where you had to find three different guides just to see what programs were available. We would not have been able to watch a single movie without the assistance of the night manager. The breakfast was great. The hot tub needs a significant amount of work because the surface is nothing more than rough concrete on the seat in many places. The pool also needs work where the floor has places where the surface is missing. It was rather an unpleasant surprise to arrive and find the front entrance filled with scaffolding.

Excelent variety, from fresh scramble eggs and bacon to self making waffles. Loved that you had fresh fruit too. Sugarfree syrup needed.

Restaurant mostly sound burgers and the bar was not what I expected from Holiday inn. Booked a3 night stay and no hang soap in dispenser. Even after I noticed that front desk there still was no soap. House keeping never cleaned the roll once. Had to ask

The window in my room was dirty and damaged and the matress was a little hard.

the outdoor pool was not clean it felt yucky, the a/c would barely cool down it felt really sticky inside the room, it does have an old smell. the front desk lady was the sweetest , we did not get to attend breakfast. the rooms are clean , bathrooms are clean a little outdated forsure. they do have shampoo, conditioner, body wash , had no problem getting extra towels and blankets& toilet paper. it's a 50/50 definitely needs to be updated and ac fixed and the pool needs cleaning especially because it's summer and kids love the pools at hotels

Clean room and the upkeep was really good. Breakfast consisted of eggs with peppers, sausage, cereal, and waffles. Nice stay.

I liked the convenience of the location. The air in the room felt a bit wet and stuffy, but a dehumidifier helped this.
