DoubleTree by Hilton Corpus Christi Beachfront

The staff is amazing! The place is clean and comfortable. The pool is relaxing but gets too full. There is only one elevator working and it takes a while to become available.

The location could not have been better. Walk out the back door to the beach. The room was a nice size and clean. It felt a little tired and I think the entire hotel could use a little refresh. It was very hot and humid when we were there and the in room air conditioning barely kept up. It was ok and not hot in the room but never got close to what I would say was cool/cold. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The onsite restaurant food was average and we were happy to have it.

Lo único malo es que solo fui por 4 días para la próxima saco una semana me encantó la atención la habitación todo limpio comida muy rica atención excelente un ambiente familiar muy agradable le recomiendo que continúen trabajado así con esa buena atención volvería una y mil veces y tiene una ubicación perfecta todo está cerca si vas con niño y quieres vivir una experiencia como el acuario y el porta avión no tienes que manejar puedes ir caminando la verdad el hotel es perfecto para tiempo familiar

Amazing place .. we loved it ..

Very convenient to shops, restaurants, beach, Aircraft Carrier Museum, and Texas Aquarium.

I checked in and went to my room and it was so run down and smelled weird. The carpet looked dirty and I couldn’t believe it was actually a Double Tree. I couldn’t cancel my reservation, but I wasn’t going to stay there so I left and had to pay for another room at another hotel.

parking is not included. It’s a daily rate of $10 for night. The 1818 restaurant downstairs is privately owned is seems to be hit or miss on the reviews. My wife and kid had breakfast there and it was mediocre. They seem short staffed.

Great place to stay that’s right by the beach!

Could use more staff for the breakfast crowd during the beginning of the weekend. Overall a very enjoyable experience. 🙂

If both elevators were working that was the only downside to stay

It was directly on the beach & the room was clean. We enjoyed the cookies. The hotel smells damp! The breakfast was horrible. You shouldn’t be charging for breakfast that would be free at a 2 star hotel. The food should be freshly cooked to order for the price we paid.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it. The location was also perfect – just off the beach and walking distance to several attractions and restaurants.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. Front desk very helpful and friendly! Restaurant was excellent. Great location, walk out the door to beach, plus nice pool. All very clean. Will be back! Pillows, but I am picky with sensitive neck...I don't know why I didn't take my own. King size bed pretty worn out, but not horrible. Everything else was perfect.

Convenient to beach, great breakfast options, great housekeeping staff.

Great location. The pool team take pride in keeping it clean and balanced especially being so close to the beach. There was someone with a boom box playing music. The sound was great but music should be by hotel staff just in case it wasn’t. All it takes is one song for someone to get offended. Thankfully they played respectful music for everyone. There was nothing I didn’t like.
