Budget Inn & Suites Shoreline

The floor in the room wasn't clean. The dresser drawers were partly usable. The bottom drawer bottom was completely gone. Air conditioning was fine. The bed was ok. The second night is when I saw the bugs and flies.The TV was hard to figure out so I didn't watch anything. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice which really needed cleaning. This is the first place where I had to stand outside of the office area to check in. One tiny opening in the wall to speak to the attendant. I tolerated all of the above annoyances, but my biggest complaint with this establishment was they had no ADA parking for people with disabilities. And I'm disabled. Who do I report that to? That is federal law! Apparently, the parking was all first come first serve. I no longer had my parking spot in front of my room. I would be embarrassed to bring anyone to the room!

Loved the location, price wasn't that bad and it allowed smoking options, housekeeping was so polite and helpful. The check in process was a bit more complicated, the king room wasn't available but that's what I chose, I was given a double bed, the sink faucet broke but it was replaced within 2 hours.

Location traveled for beach to bay relay marathon and loved that it was right there at the finish line so I could shower after and hop over to the after party and I had that parking spot! It wasn’t super clean. The sheets and towels were good but cobwebs on the ceiling and doors

It’s always nice and the staff is always friendly. In a very good area for the beach and food places .

Low cost for a last min find. We can hear everything outside our room. Loud neighbors they arrived at midnight and I can hear every conversation and footstep. Also because it near a busy street I heard cars playing loud music all night.

DAVID, YOU, DO YOU DO NOT HAVE A BREAKFAST... I DID HAVE TROUBLE GETTING OUT OF THE FRONT.DOOR THE LOCK IS A LITTLE MESSED UP... I CAN ONLY CALL A 1800 NUMBER TO GET OUT OF THE ROOM.IT'S NATURAL MORE CONFIDENT EVERYTHING WAS FINE OTHER THAN THE FRONT DOOR WHILE I WAS TRYING TO LEAVE... I WAS TRAPPED IN THE ROOM FOR A LITTLE WHILE
