Staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The parking lot was gated and the property was very clean and fresh.

Only thing that I didn’t like was a breakfast ended at 9:3010 would be a lot better other than that. The amenities in the hotel was wonderful.

Stay was great! Very relaxing and quiet eventhough you are close to the expressway. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. Staff is very friendly.

Wow! Great hotel! Free breakfast!! The hotel is super clean and the room has refrigerator and microwave. The staff is very friendly. I hope it stays this way. Hotel tend to change over time.

Roll down shades and comfy bed are a positive, the negative I was charged a $100 incidental that was not stated ANYWHERE through Expedia or the hotel's own website, they had a buffet breakfast but it was running way late, we were on a schedule so couldn't stay and wait to eat. We had brought our dogs, and so the specified pet room had holes and scratches in the floor so you can only hope you dont get charged for the already damaged room...amenities including HAND soap and cups, ice bucket, etc. all had to be picked up at the front desk and were not in the room. Barely any tissues in the tissue box, and the toilet paper was rough to say the least. Will not stay there again.

There was no body wash In Our room after I asked the front desk they said I will give you little bottles of shampoo. And was like what about the body wash the front desk told we can’t find any body wash.

The gym is great and maintained well.

One of the ladies that works the front desk at night was pretty rude

Easy check-in. Only about 5 months old. Rooms are spacious. Coffee and biscuits were good.

Everything was great about this property. I would recommend this place and stay ther again. The staff was good and helpful. Great experience.

For the price one pays, it would expect breakfast to last at least till noon. more options would be available.

Excellent

The only downside was the air conditioning unit. It was quite loud, and it would shut off periodically, causing the room to become warm. Then when it turned back on, it would get very cold, which made sleeping uncomfortable throughout the night. The bed itself was fine, but the pillows were extremely soft and didn't provide much support, which left us with neck discomfort. Updating the pillows would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Check in was good, Christina helped me and set the tone/expectations for the stay. I then had to revisit her shortly after to inform her of the floors not being cleaned, if they were it was poorly done. Not only were there scratches but also residue stains from I don’t know what as well as some loose dirt. She stated she’ll make note of it and for me to talk to management next morning. The next morning management was not there. That same night, hotel guests were still in the pool area and were being loud well past 1am. I called down to the front desk around that same time to inquire about pool times and to inform them incase they were unaware. The expectation set by Christina at check in Friday night was that the pool hours were from 10a-10p. When I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk over the phone at this time, he stated he wasn’t Christina, he mentioned his name (Isaiah maybe-something close to this) and that there were no set pool hours when he was there. I then inquired if there were any set by the hotel he then doubled down by using my name in an aggressive tone in his response stating there were none. He seemed to not care about this interaction, very unprofessional in his demeanor. I didn’t want to engage any further given how late it was and continued to hear the group of people at the pool area till around 130 in the morning. The next morning I inquired about management again at check out and again not present, lady at check out was very kind.
