Best Western Corona Hotel & Suites

Everything was great

This was a last minute stay after an emergency occurred, but the facility was beautiful and lovely rooms. The only complaint we had was that the floor was floating and not secured properly as we could feel the air leave under our feet as we walked, the mini fridge was leaking water, and the bathroom door had damage. We did however love the space in the room that was a double queen. The bathroom tub was large and luxurious looking, (wish I could have enjoyed it) plenty of room for my husband and I both to shower at the same time.

The room and property were tip top. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly. No complaints here.

I travel for business and have stayed in hotels hundreds of times. The check in at this hotel was the worst I've ever experienced. The woman was worse than rude. Not even once did she even attempt to be anything but completely rude, not a smile, not helpful, no hotel information. She is definitely in the wrong industry and needs to be removed from front desk welcoming staff. This hotel lost one customer, I will not be returning to this hotel and it is solely due to this staff member's behavior.

The pool was nice. But the third day of our stay the pool had over 30 people in it from one group making it impossible to swim. Very overpriced.

Great stay big rooms nice and clean all around. Hot tub come be hotter. Other then that great.

We ended up leaving after first night. Awful smell, dark dirty room.

I am always pleased with this hotel, it's my 3rd time staying there in 18 months. I could choose less expensive ones, closer to my relatives but I like this Best Western the best. I just wish I received a discount for my multiple stays. I'll continue to stay there when I come to town. There wasn't a printed TV guide and the one on the TV wasn't right so I couldn't find the channels I wanted until the third night. Also the remote batteries were very low so I had to keep pushing the numbers & making sure it was pointing in the right spot.

Everything was perfect Nothing to not like, was perfect.

I like the pool. I didn’t like the fact that my room that they gave us had plumbing problems. Not only that, but staff seems to not like to help or had a weird vibes.

Good clean great no bad I would stay again here for the price

I asked for a quiet room, it was noisy, next to parking and street, next morning walking to office, I see that it has rooms that overlook the interior courtyard. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet, the breakfast was bad, eggs cold, potatoes cold, my waffle was OK, coffee was so so, it’s an old B W that needs a lot of rehab to bring it to todays standards.
