To many out of pocket costs for me personally. Parking, Internet etc…

Very nice, comfortable bedding

Al hotel lo mantienen bonito. La piscina estaba limpia, hay toallas. El gimnasio está limpio tiene toallas y agua. El desayuno tiene variedad, el señor de los omelet los prepara muy bien y hay una señora q habla español muy atenta y muy trabajadora.

En el área de desayuno más amabilidad, en la habitación más higiene. Gracias por hacer la habitación durante el día. Lo demás está muy bien.

Beautiful area. Property was well maintained & rooms were clean

We came to visit to attend the World Cup football game in Miami. My stay was excellent. Hannah and Jordan were our servers at dinner. They were friendly, efficient and prompt. Hitarina and Chef Daniel were our servers at breakfast. They were helpful, hard working and efficient. Housekeeping was excellent and top class. Overall wonderful experience at this hotel.

Great stay

Very clean with beautiful trees and flowers I love all

Got in early but was able to go to room before official check-in time. No microwave, very small refrigerator. Oneof two elevators wasn't working most of the time. Te other was slow. Food at breakfast buffet was very limited in choice and did not look appealing sodidn't try it.

The hotel needs to be renovated.

Lokation was good, room was clean. Ants on the walls(several) in the bathroom, popcorn ceiling (dated), balcony slider-old-dirty, outside building dirty.

I liked cooperation of management staff. Some front desk staff are not polite.

Exceptional

Food selection below average. Small bar. Good gym, big pool . Staff unable to call Uber for us but could call a taxi which is more expensive. Also gave us a card to call an independent driver who was suppose to have better ride prices, He was just as expensive as a taxi.

I didn't like that you paid to stay at a hotel and you had to pay for parking each day you stayed. That was a first for me.

Impressed with the maintenance of the property, the politeness of the staff. But. I was a little uncomfortable that there were so many incidentals from charging for parking. No continental breakfast had to pay for breakfast, etc. otherwise I would stay there again no problem and I will stay there again on July 7.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet, the complimentary breakfast buffet was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

In fact, I stayed at another Marriott property the night before this stay, where the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were exceptional. Unfortunately, my experience at your property was quite different. To be fair, there were children running through the hallways, laughing, playing, and riding the elevators throughout portions of the evening. Honestly, that did not bother me at all they were simply children having fun and enjoying their stay. What did become problematic was a high-pitched alarm or tone, similar to a dog whistle, that appeared to be coming from a neighboring or connected building. The alarm remained active for approximately eight minutes at a time. Once it stopped, there were only about twelve minutes of quiet before it began again. This pattern repeated throughout the night. I first noticed the alarm shortly before midnight and, as I write this email after 4:00 AM, it is still occurring. After several hours of listening to an alarm for eight minutes and then receiving only twelve minutes of quiet before it started again, it be
