My family stayed at this location because of the price and it's vicinity to Great Wolf Lodge. The hotel is nice but it's age is starting to catch up to it. It's time for some updates. The toilet in our bathroom would randomly start making noise, it was definitely annoying in the middle of the night. If you need silence in order to sleep, this location is not for you. The highway noise was pretty loud. The breakfast was nice but nothing really special. All in all, I think it was a good value for the price. The room was spacious enough for our family of 5. The Texas Roadhouse next door and the 10% off coupon that the front desk staff gave us was a nice bonus.

The best part of this hotel are all the nice people that work here. The facilities really need a refresh and are really looking worn out. Otherwise its clean and everyone is friendly.

The staff were great and location was perfect. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep. The toilet ran all night long. That noise wasn’t pleasant. I tried to fix it but it still kept running. Couldn’t use certain outlets by the bed to charge phones.

I don't think I should have to pay a deposit when my credit card details have already been entered; if a deposit is required, they should mention it beforehand.

The fridge in the room didn't work no air only one elevator worked water covering first floor

Great location and price. Clean room, I appreciated how clean it smelled when we walked in. (We went to the wrong hotel down the street first by accident and it smelled like pot in the lobby) close to shopping and so many food options.
