Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus Airport, OH

As far as you can away from this hotel. The images online do not match the representation of this place. The first room we got had stuff all over the carpet. A sweeper had never been ran. TV didn’t work & the bathroom was infested with spiders, and webs everywhere. He did move us to a new room which he made us inspect before we went in. The new room wasn’t much better with stains all over the carpet uncomfortable beds mold on the ceilings. The extra slap lock on the door was broken. At 6 AM the toilet overflowed now there’s poop and pee on the floor. I went to the front desk to make him wear and he handed me a plunger. I asked them to come clean the mess up and they said housekeeping would take care of it later that day. When we came back at 9:30 the mess was still there. I made the front desk aware and he brought a mop and asked me to clean it. I said no. There was no cleaning products in the gym for the equipment. Every time we ask for assistance at the counter, we had to wait for the gentleman to finish his cigarette. To tie the deal all together, we came home with bedbugs! This place should be shut down! Dirt or black mold comes out of the icemaker! Health department needs called. The outside is littered with cigarette butts. Window screens pulled out and thrown everywhere. At night, we could enjoy the aroma of weed being smoked. Was unsure if it was in the hotel or outside. After further examination, there was a party in the back parking lot which produced the aromas.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It’s filthy. Cars were getting broken into on the property. Luckily I was not one of them. The hallways reeked of marijuana. The carpets are absolutely filthy. The elevator was disgusting. We were here for a girls lacrosse tournament. The only positives I have was the young man at the front desk was helpful and kind. The beds were comfy. It’s a great location but there are way better hotels in the area do not stay here.

I’m not okay with my room. It’s definitely dirty and why I booked here is for the amenities there’s a lot of stuff and excuses. I’m paying another deposit and paying for my room not in contact them manager so I am going to leave what I pay for and I’m ones already get what I want to put for a deposit down back since you make me uncomfortable way feel very disrespected. It was a good room for just a night. The bed and sheets did have stains on them I opted to use my own. The carpet was poorly took care of. The best thing about it was that the bed was the most comfortable I have slept on it was a shame the sheets had stains on them. If they would have took better care of the place it would be a great place to stay for more than a night of sleep. The site also said nothing about a deposit and when I got there it was 100 dollars however I did get it back after check out but that takes up to 7 days and check out was at 11am not 12pm as the site saids noon.

Very disappointing. Booked three rooms and all had something wrong with them. Stained sheets, plastic covering on mattress, and a broken tub. Hallway carpets were dirty and stained with trash through out the halls. Tried to switch hotels, but there were no more rooms available in the area. Contacted ten other hotels. So, we went and stayed in the airport since we had an early flight.

The breakfast area was filthy and smelled of stale air! Couldn't eat breakfast there! Was put in a room that wreaked of thick cigarette smoke! Went back down. Changed into another room where the carpets were completely stained and filthy! I want my stay to be complimentary!

This was close to my training location, with friendly staff, and a very comfortable bed! It seemed a little expensive, but there was a big concert that weekend!

Close to everything we needed while visiting. The room/bathroom could have used a deeper cleaning before arrival.

The property is no very clean overall.

The staff were helpful. It was a decent place to stay for the price. The room was not the cleanest. First room we got was still dirty so we moved to a different room that was cleaner but still stains on the carpets, some garbage left on the ground and hair in the bathroom. Overall, I would choose a different hotel next time.

The pool had oil spots and something weird at the bottom we didn't stay and spent a few seconds in our room. It was so bad we just went to the front desk and told her we couldn't stay. It's right by the airport. The receptionist doesn't have any interest on you or your stay. The place needs a renovation urgently it is stained and running down. The shower didn't work....

It was mildly clean, the breakfast was just okay, and I didn’t expect the deposit to be more than the room.

The Gym was full of non-functioning equipment, with no air conditioning. The laundry room was dirty. The hairdryer was not working.

Location was ok because of the gas stations Bath tub was cracked and told us it was a non slip mat and it was a new tub when it was some kind of rough tape mesh to cover up the bottom of the bath tub that was completely cracked and broken, the towels were dirty with black caulk stains and counter. I told the staff they said they could switch our rooms in the morning. Every room in Columbus was sold out for the weekend and we were there for a festival so we couldn't stay any where else or we would have to sleep in our car. The next morning the manager told us she couldn't switch our room and that since we went through a third party all we could do was check out and there would be no refund and I couldn't afford the only hotel room that cost over 1000 a night because of the festival going on they could charge that much for the only room left in and around town. So we would have been forced to sleep in our car if we checked that night. So we had to stay until check out the next morning. I always go through booking when I travel because I trust the rooms and hotels. I have never had been in this type of situation before.
