Terrible time. I had to report my car being scratched (keyed it appeared) on two different occasions and they said nobody touched my car. Which is absurd because someone even had a finger mark trying to “buff” out what appeared to be a keying. Scratches don’t scratch themselves. I checked my car daily since Sunday to make sure my car would be ok. And it was not. I had to report a lady who I believe did hit my car bc she wasn’t even a guest. Looks as though she stayed in her car in the lot and the manager had to tell her to leave. Second, I stayed Sunday-Friday and nobody checked on us. I had to ask for towels on Wednesday, never received and then again Thursday, in which they told me housekeeping did give me towels which was untrue because I stayed in the room everyday, all day except for 8:20-8:40 and then 3:30-4 to pick my child up from a camp and still also had a bag of trash to be picked up. I didn’t receive my towels until I had to complain to Expedia twice on Thursday. Then I had bug bites all over my ankles, which I am guessing could have been from the bed because otherwise, I didn’t go anywhere to be bitten. Expedia told me someone would come inspect my room and they did not. Then there was some stain that was of rusty color like blood or feces on the bathroom door frame. This was the worst motel experience I’ve ever had.

Staff was friendly and helpful There was no breakfast, and no pool.

Excellent stay

No pool as shown in pic, no remote for TV, no pots pans, utensils , glasses or anything for kitchen. People just hanging around in parking lot late at night.

Clean room, accessible, near the downtown, pet friendly. Walking distance to cute places to eat and stores. Noise from the avenue could bother and the hallway to the room (2 floor) had a urine smell.

Pleasant

When my room was switched because of a leaking ceiling in the bathroom the room I was switched to should have been the room I was given in the first place because it looks like it was slightly renovated. Unfortunately the first room I was assigned appear to be very outdated I'm actually glad there was a leak in the ceiling the next day and I was assigned a much better updated room.
