Helpful staff, clean, breakfast selection was great, and parking was ideal. Pool surface was a bit harsh on the kids feet while in the water.

Josh, at the front desk, was absolutely amazing! Very respectful and well-mannered and accommodating. Loved that you guys had games and coffee ready even at 11pm. That was awesome! And the parking was great as well. The beds and pillows, however, were very uncomfortable. Neither one of us slept well. The pillows are basically flat and the mattress was hard as a rock.

From arrival to departure the service and accommodations were exceptional. Parking was free and in a well lit area on site and accessible. I would stay there again in the future.

Location Very disappointed with cleanliness and the comfort of beds. We always choose Hamptons because they are normally not run down and are clean and comfortable. This one was not good
