The 1st room had some kind of flying insects on the air conditioned and in the window area, I called the front desk receptionist and she immediately moved me to a different room without any hesitation. Great customer service. I didn't like the fact that they don't serve hot breakfast. Only grab and go options. They shouldn't advertise they serve breakfast. Breakfast bars and oatmeal packs is not breakfast. They didn't have milk or any type of juice options. They also didn't have bowls for the guest to eat the oatmeal or utensils for eating the oatmeal. False advertisement on breakfast being served. Will not book with them again.

My hotel stay was good. We had no issues w anything really. Room was clean, we never had any issues w noise or foolishness in the halls or anything. The front desk employees were pleasant & helpful & accommodating. Will stay again

Check in staff didn’t say more than “name” to me, just stared at me like I knew what to do. Asked which way the room was and he just laughed. Ants in the room.

Good location. Nice Television. Counters were dirty. Shower didn't work. Air conditioning was anemic and I could barely sleep it was so hot. Breakfast was prepackaged Nutrigrain bars. Beds were hard as the floor. Everything seemed old. There was a weird chemical smell in the room.
