We stayed there 3 nights and never once had our room cleaned. I notified the cleaning crew if they would clean our room the second day and they said they would but they didn’t do it.
-
Asked for a refund and went to a different hotel
-
Was ok we were hardly there. Ice machine had no way to get ice out so who knows if people used their hands or not?? Carpet was very dirty in room hall carpet was in better shape.

They won't honor the type of room you book, rooms were dirty and smelled bad too. Found blood stain on sheet and pillow had other stains. Exposed wires so not very safe. Staff was unhelpful and management unresponsive. You could not pay me to stay again at this hotel. Be careful of bugs

The room was dirty in places, the air conditioning and refrigerator were very loud, there was no ice bucket, and several items in the room needed to be repaired. Other than that the room was fine for the price.

Room was very shabby run down

Staff was very polite and helpful.

We had two rooms for one night. One for my husband and myself, the second room was for our family with three little children. When we checked in a little after the children's bedtime, I asked the surprisingly sleepy Desk Clerk which room the pack-n-play was in, he just stared at me. After a moment or two he asked what a pack-n-play was. When I explained it was a travel bed for babies, he called someone then told me they threw it away about a year ago. We we told there would be one available. We needed to get the very tired children to bed, Both rooms were dirty, the floors were gritty and sticky. The pillows were just about flat and crammed into the pillow cases to try to make them more comfortable. I made a couple of calls but couldn't find another hotel in the area with two rooms available for that night or we would have changed to a different hotel. The only positive aspect of the stay was the complementary breakfast. The Lady in charge of the breakfast buffet was a good cook and very kind and friendly. She was extremely attentive to preparing the meals and keeping each item available. She was also continually cleaning the space while we were there. If our travels take us back to the area, we definitely will not stay there again, or recommend the hotel to anyone else.

Really out dated rooms needing remodeling or something. Falling apart. The free breakfast was terrible. Two choices of cereal, hard biscuits, cold gravy. Green bananas, and a waffle maker. No bread or bagels, yogurt, milk, or rolls. Very very plain. Nothing for people that cant eat carbs.

Broken down cars in the parking lot. People yelling and arguing in the hallways . Doors being slammed repeatedly. Both security locks on my door were broken.stayed 4 nights and no cleaning or even fresh towels or trash emptied.
-
We didn't stay. The doors were busted, the carpet ripped, the bathroom and bed had hair and the place smelled.

The hotel is old. It was as clean as expected but my room had the flooring coming up some and the carpet had some missing spots and was sticky in other spots. It wasn’t dirty, just very old. It could use some updating or even just a paint job. Also the breakfast was just hard biscuits and gravy and the person running it hovered to watch to make sure you sprayed the waffle makers even though there were no instructions to do so. It was very awkward. The juice was just water with a little flavoring for 2 of the 3 mornings as well. Very subpar breakfast. It all sounds negative but was not. It was mostly clean and the bed in my room was comfortable and I was able to relax, which was what I was there for. So it served its purpose.

This place was an absolute DUMP! I do not recommend! Staff was great though.

Very clean and a great staff, we enjoyed the stay.

nasty hotel

Second room, no air conditioning. Room had a couch with ripped fabric with stuffing falling out and the sheet covering the couch had a cigarette burn in it. Room we were in, 312, was rented out to two different parties who tried to get in the room at 12 am and 1am. Only 2 pillows for king size bed. Floor was damaged.

Five day stay, room was never cleaned. Written request per hotel rules was given and room was not cleaned. Had to take linens to front desk myself in order to receive new linens (towels). Put in written request and room was still NOT cleaned or linens replaced. Front desk said they could not help with trash or linens as they were the only one present. Will not stay in Travelodge again, particularly this one in Colorado Springs where I will be going at least twice a year for the foreseeable future. Very dissatisfied with the service.
