Super 8 by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport

I had no air-conditioning in my room. 210 they couldn’t move me and do nothing about it. She pretty much couldn’t do nothing. She couldn’t get maintenance to come that night. It was too late. So I ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel around midnight, it was too hot.

The smoke detector was missing, wifi wouldn't work, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were terrible, some of the sheets were torn, the bedspreads had holes the TV had issues, there was no chair for the table. The electrical outlets were loose and my plug kept falling out. There were light bulbs missing.

The Staff is awesome!!! No microwave or fridge, had to switch rooms because I was unable to get into my room.

I liked it and would stay again with family.

The staff. The facilities were so dated, slow computers, hard mattress, tiny toilets, no blankets, two small pillows, a/c didn’t work, 2hrs late check due to short staff, only 1 person cleaning rooms. In the morning check out no one was around, had to call to get assistance. For being a Wyndham owner and seeing this is part of the “Wyndham” family was almost enough to just leave whole program. What type of management is this, “CHEAP”!

I stayed in a suite. It did not have a couch as advertised and when I told the staff they assured me over and over there was even after I checked. The toilet would not flush and the A/C did not work. I asked to move because of the heat and they said no. I asked for more towels and they gave me two. I stated I needed more and they said no. It was a horrible experience.

Carpet was dirty, no phone or bible, no batteries in remote control,the linens were drab and outdated, no cable. There were NO towels in the bathroom and no tissue in the room. The drapes let in way too light.

The bathroom has feces in the toilet. Dirty floors. A pair of underwear in the bed with a ripped sheet. Talked to the staff across the street because nobody is at the desk. They are very rude and really don’t care if you aren’t happy. We chose this hotel because it was close to our sons place (he was injured) what a huge mistake. This is why we stay at Marriotts. What a joke for a business.

The room I had could use some cosmetic work, drywall mud could be painted and the pillows and towels could be better.

Stayed one night and decided never again. The water pressure was horrible. The property was not very inviting and sketchy. The breakfast was warm yogurt, watered down coffee and the milk for the cereal was also warm. There was a juice dispenser but it didn’t work. Please do better.

Breakfast The manager is very rude. She is only nice if you're Spanish, like her.

Air conditioner was fine, parking was good, room was missing face clothes and hand towels, would have been nice to have few things the plastic silverware or extra microwave in breakfast area and better snack items in machines. Check in staff was great, Joe was very nice, efficient and polite.

The worst thing was that they ran out of breakfast the first day the second day there was plenty
