My Place Hotel - Colorado Springs, CO

My only complaint was the lack of adequate counter space in the bathroom. I was there alone and felt cramped for space. Two people would have had to juggle sharing space vs keeping stiff in your luggage.

Excellent brand new property, the pillows are terrible they're hard and huge and uncomfortable.

The hotel was amazing - the staff TOP NOTCH they were the nicest hotel staff I have ever dealt with - LOVE THEM

I personally wouldn’t stay there again. No ice machine and the fridge in the room didn’t make enough ice to even fill our cups to have cold drinks. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to go by a mattress topper and even that didn’t help. Couldn’t get the room cool enough to be comfortable. The noise from the room above us and beside us was too much to deal with. I’m sure it was kids jumping and yelling but I shouldn’t have heard that to all hours of the night.

I stayed 2 days between leases. Everything was great. My only issue was no on-site restaurant.

The staff were very friendly but weren't able to answer basic questions about their reward program and how my email would be share/or not shared with other third parties. The staff also weren't too concerned when I complained about the flies.

It was the perfect place to stay after our concert at Ford Amphitheater. Clean, comfy beds, great staff!

A good clean hotel; good value for money

Very nice. Puzzling though that the full kitchen has nothing in...no dishes, etc.

Prefer ice machine, refrigerator ice maker doesn’t keep up.

Very rarely am I impressed by a budget friendly hotel but this location absolutely knocked it out the park. Very impressed. Staff were friendly and the room we stayed in was immaculately clean, like spotless. Was very impressed. Will be back for sure. great spot within walking distance of the amphitheatre for live shows. nothing

The desk clerk was extremely professional. She explained all the amenities and helped sign us up for the rewards program. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Will definitely use again.
