I had to.transfer to another room also room q08 thst we moved to was not cleaned well we found an old rolled up pad under the bed my foot hit against it the floor was not really vacuumed hair was also found. I love the area though. I.enjoy other Candlewood properties near my.home. I made the reservation and I added my husband Edward Gray as a guest. However upon my arrival my name was no where on reservation I did call the hotel as well as clarity of my reservation. The staff at this hotel was phenomenal and appreciated. I will be reaching out to management regarding my concerns for future stays.

Nice staff. Comfortable one-bedroom. Pet friendly. End entrance door was not locked. Didn't need key to get in.

Great stay for the most part. Our bathroom could have used a little extra TLC. We stayed on the first floor which I truly wouldn’t recommend there was soooo much noise throughout the night coming from outside. Also, the people above us were horrible unsure if they had kids or not but the floors and walls are most definitely super thin and you hear everything. Anyways, staff were great.

The front desk staff was excellent. My room however was not very clean. There was hair in the tub and the room did not smell like it had been cleaned. Cleaned the room thoroughly.

People were outside on a pavilion area with loud music and loud commotion until well past midnight Train whistles then woke you up around 5am!!
