It was a nice room. My complaint was that I had to pay for parking, and was not informed about that until I arrived. Also the bathroom part was not good. The tuba and toilet was in its own area, without the sink. And the shower area was very small. No place to put your close , and had to wash when you came out of that area.

Hotel.com charged me a price and at end of stay, Hyatt gives me a print out of my stay with the price difference of about $40:00. Not happy about this 👎

Rating would have been higher but my daughter left her new gift of ear rings on the table when she left. As she was on the airport shuttle she realized it and called the front desk to tell them. She left her information to have them mailed to her home. The hotel and the housekeeping manager never followed up even after three phone calls so they basically stole them. Not cool at all. A place with decent service and honest employees would have returned them.

Location. Extended long late into the eveining free airport shuttle. Breakfast was good especially the eggs. Late evening staff Black m ale on checkin was very nice and respectful.
