I got so badly bitten up by bed bugs I had to lesave at 4 am

This hotel, had nothing in the room to meet my travel needs, no shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. The so called kitchen came with nothing to use, and no paper towels and no coffee maker....this was deemed a select status, so for 90 bucks on a Monday night stay, you can't even get a coffee maker in the room.... Everything

It was nice for a quick one night stay.

Location was great I came after hours and it was a horrible process! Long wait time to get in and get checked in. Called numerous times no response! Once I got in like 30 min wait staff was ok

The only positive part of the stay was that the hotel allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated. I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. On check-in, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. On my last night, I also found a cockroach in the wall area of the room. In addition, noise from other guests made it difficult to sleep, with loud disturbances continuing late into the night (around 3am). Overall, the stay did not feel comfortable or well-maintained, and it affected my rest and experience. I hope management addresses cleanliness and noise control to improve future guests’ stays.

The service at the front desk is terrible.

No one on site to check in, waited 40 minutes for someone to show up. Poor upkeep, rusted appliances, rusted faucets, refrigerator old, molding door, mildew smell in hallway. Chair in room was worn out fabric. Was definitely overpriced, needs serious upgrades. Very poor quality.

Nice staff

Parking was easy and plentiful. Pool was wonderful. Staff very friendly. The lobby renovation and decorating is INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL!! I was told the manager and her husband were responsible for it.

⸻ I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The hallways were dirty and had a very strong unpleasant odor. The room was in unacceptable condition — the bed had no proper sheets, and the mattress protector was visibly dirty. I was so disgusted that I could not stay. I documented everything on video. I strongly hope management improves their cleaning standards immediately.

The fact that we need to purchase better wi-fi in various amounts is ridiculous. And if you don't decide on one of those charges, there is no way to get to that prompt again. We tried on all of our devices. Why not just get better internet?
