There so NO PARKING!!!! 4 FLOORS 32 ROOMS PER FL .. . 2 HANDICAP SPOTS AND 5 UPFRONT PARKING AND THEN YOU HAVE TO PARK FAR AWAY. MY HUSBAND IS HANDICAP AND HAD TO PARK WAY TO FAR AWAY ...

We had 0 complaints. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It wasn't gourmet, it was the standard hotel chain breakfast, but everything tasted good and it was clean. Like I said 0 complaints.

Great hotel

A cleaning staff Took my medication out of the fridge It had my name on it clearly and it costs $10000 a month. The front desk clerk was no help at all and treated me very rudely. Did not call a manager did not call the cleaning staff that left for the day already. He was not concerned at all. I don't think he's cut out for that sort of job he had no empathy for my situation whatsoever. Completely blew me off and acted like it was all my fault. I had to go dumpster diving And went through 15 bags of garbage and still cannot find my medication.

Place was very nice and great breakfast. My only complaint was that our TV would not work but I was tired enough to not care too much

Just a couple issues- parking is limited and upon arrival I was given a room that had not been cleaned. BUT! The staff was excellent and took care of the room issue with professionalism and friendliness. The room I was given was spotless. Great hotel, great staff. Breakfast was decent. It was a very good stay and I’d return if I was ever in the area.

There is absolutely no parking at this location. You have to park at the hotel next door and walk to the hotel. Very inconvenient. The parking
