Just continental breakfast but could have had more choices

The rooms were huge nice and clean and I felt safe staying there would recommend to anyone going to the Forest Park Fairfield area

Hotel was cool and the staff was friendly

Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. When we did get it closed we couldn’t get it back open. Toilet paper dispenser was hanging off the wall. The breakfast was subpar even for a continental breakfast. We were there an hour after it started and they were already out of things and they made no effort in restocking. So get down there by 6 if you want some cold cereal and beat up apples.

The pool is basic, but it lacked a hot tub. The workout facility was adequate, but lacked free weights. The complimentary breakfast didn't offer any hot food, which is fine, since IHOP is right across the street, and Starbucks is on the other side of the highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They got us anything that was needed.

The poor clerk did what he could to fix the TV, no resolve. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. Could not figure out how to turn on one of the lamps as the lighting in the room was MINIMAL. The breakfast was not what we were expecting. I've been trying to reach the manager to possibly get a refund of part of the stay, but so far have been unsuccesful.

Breakfast options were very limited. There were bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal and yogurt. The walls are very thin so you hear everything. They have one elevator and it was extremely slow. The service desk was fine and the beds were comfortable. There was water dripping from a light in the main lobby. They did just recently renovate and paint.

I got to the room about 7:30pm, tired from the drive I just wanted to relax before headed out. My TV would not work. The lady at the desk tried, then she left for the night and I was told I would have to wait till morning. Didn't hear from anyone call the desk at noon since no one called me. A guy came up an hour later tried. He said he was gonna call someone else. Never heard from him. The next shift let me switch rooms. I had a family next to me went to pick up the phone no dial tone. I called downstairs because they were running on the hallway. He got there and they were gone. Called again and I heard the dad say keep it down. That last 10 mins. They were up til 3am. Worse night ever. I should have just went and found another hotel at this point. I will never stay there again. I have always stayed at Hilton and this Spark Hilton in Forest Park Ohio is not it. At this day and age you can't say anything to people so, I didn't call them myself in fear of confrontation.

The evening staff Amelia and the African American gentleman were amazing. I will not recommend NOR WILL I return!

Very nice staff They are under construction which is not my complaint. The problem is the people doing the construction don’t know how to use a magnet to pick up screws and nails in the parking lot . I ended up with two screws in my tire from the parking lot . We picked up another screw behind someone else’s tire or they would’ve had a flat tire .They wouldn’t reimburse me anything for me having to get my tire fixed. Sad they wouldn’t do anything or give me a discount!!!
