Hyatt Place Cincinnati / Sharonville Convention Center

The room was spacious and clean. however the blanket for the sofa bed that we got from the bag had dirty red spots on it. Other than that everything was clean.

Staff has good customer service and friendly. The room had all accommodations but microwave.

Water wasn’t draining in sink. Stopped by front desk to let them know & no one ever showed to repair problem. Sink stayed full of water during stay.

Great stay, lots in the area!

This place is a good option if you’re going to the convention center or needed a spot in Sharonville. Rooms are usually clean and well maintained.

The property was well maintained. Nice restaurants nearby. Conveniently located off Interstate 75. Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable. I would return to this location.

I booked this hotel through EXPEDIA and then found out when I got home I was booked again by the hotel (double billing). After a few phone calls I was able to correct the billing. Make sure you check your credit card charges!

asked for a better view of the gateway and the sunrise and they gave it to me. Got the best view in the building

I liked that there is water and other juices. I liked the coffee. I liked the yogurt. I did not like that the eggs are not made at the moment. I like fried eggs overhard and the scrambled eggs you have get cold very fast by the moment you are at the table. There is a few variety of bread. The restaurant should be open for lunch.

A few minor complaints: pool was freezing! And the shower had very low pressure. However, these are minor. The area is safe and the hotel is nice. The breakfast was good, with a few different options. Staff was very helpful and kind. I would likely stay again, hoping I just got unlucky with the dirty floors in my room. I had 3 kids with me and there was plenty of space for all of us with the couch in the room. They also seemed to enjoy our stay. Hope this helps someone!

The room I stayed in was very outdated. It has stains on the light, the bedsheets, the furniture, as well as the bathroom. I was very disappointed in this property because I expect a lot more, especially because I always stay at this hotel wherever I go. The walls are paperthin. I made several complaint down to the front office regarding the person next to me blasting music at 9 o’clock at night. Just want one for hours. I will not be going back there ever again. Especially not with how much we cost to stay.
