great place for the family

All staff including front desk and cleaning staff, all were very responsive and informative.

checked in online the evening before arrival and downloaded the app to receive digital key. upon arrival, there was no digital key available (check in time was 3pm, arrived at 3:18pm) and had to go to front desk. at the front desk, i was informed that the hotel had overbooked and my family of 5 was being bumped to the attached, sister property. so, what i initially booked--suite, 2-queen beds, kitchen, full-sized sofa bed and roll-in shower--was replaced with a standard 2-queen beds hotel room and they provided us with a rollaway cot, not even a mini-fridge in the much smaller room. to say that 4 adults and one child had a rough night is an understatement. no explanation given when i questioned the front desk worker, no price difference refund, nothing. disappointed

Close to restaurants

When we first arrived the room was not ready. Not a problem there but I asked once how long the wait would be and the receptionist was a little bit testy. After the room was ready it seemed that the attitude changed to the better. The room was acceptable but not exceptional. The hotel had no parking so we had to use a public parking garage that was rather expensive

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and in a good location for the baseball stadium

Not to mention, being iconic as being the building from the opening scene of WKRP in Cincinnati!! Also, an easy walk to Great American Ballpark!

It was an excellent stay staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good and room was great

Exceptional

The breakfast was super, more than I expected. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was great. Location great, parking was expensive it was with different company but at the entrance and only have valet parking it was $42.00 the parking personnel good and helpful.

Clean spacious room in downtown Cincinnati. Price was reasonable for location and amenities. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet was typical nothing special but nothing remarkable.

From start to finish, this was a wonderful stay. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. They breakfast was varied and the staff at breakfast was so attentive. Spacious rooms, extremely clean, and everything worked a We will choose Homewood again.
