Property was great, staff is amazing as always, this is our 3rd time at this resort and it’s breathtaking every single time.

Nice hotel and amenities

Steakhouse is not great. Ordered Growlers 3 appetizers and didn’t like any.

It was a great little getaway for the family. More staff is needed for cafe serving breakfast in the morning.

Amazing resort, unexpectedly. I would highly recommend including the breakfast in the package- they have evrything from Chia pudding to fruits, baked goodies and live stations for crepe etc. Parking is definitely highly priced and there's no nearby area where you can park other then a mile away in the residential areas. Using the e-bike was a pain(included in the stay), but I would like to call out for Isabella who helped us get the bike started, which we thoroughly enjoyed in the beautiful Chula vista. If you could make it more easier to scan and enable it, that would be amazing.

Amazing place. Very clean and new. Kids had a blast during the day. And I had a blast at the bar at night. Would definitely come back and stay here next time i come

The Gaylord Pacific was a great weekend getaway trip. The staff is fantastic and the resort relaxing. I would do it again.

We didn't get a maid for the room the whole stay - 3 days. We got towels and coffee from the front desk or had it delivered. The TV was stuck "on "due to a faulty remote and the hotel room phone was not working. Both the TV and phone were fixed the next day. We were promised 10,000 Marriott points when we checked out for our trouble, but they still haven't appeared on our statement. We are going to try staying here again as I think that it was so new and huge they had to iron out the bugs. It really is a beautiful property.

Decent property—modern, clean and well kept

They have a shuttle that takes you to 3rd Street/downtown and now there is a ferry that takes you to the gas lamp! Would stay here again!

Fast WiFi is not included in room stay, which is disappointing considering this is a convention center hotel. Also, there isn’t a tech person available to help until 9AM. Valet area could be more organized.
