Don’t go

I arrived at check in for my reservation to be told that they had cancelled my stay. I let the lady know that my email said I had until 10 pm to complete the digital check in. We was in town for the college orientation at Loyola University and had been busy all day. There was no other offers made to assist me in the reservation. Very disappointed and any time we come to town to visit our daughter we will never consider this hotel.

Perfect location to Wrigley.

Excellent location to Wrigley Field. Within walking distance to stadium and restaurants. Easy check in and out.

Awesome spot gorgeous room great lication

Rooms compact but clean and functional,beds were great check in needs work I filled out the check in twice and they claim to have not received it. had to call and staff let us in. Roof top badly needs the deck replaced

Not a traditional hotel but there was someone at the front desk to help with the check in process. Great location no complaints

Surprisingly cool place close to Wrigley Field. The rooms are modern and sleek with an authentic feel and at a reasonable cost. Will definitely be staying there for every future Cubs game!

Great stay

Perfect location for catching a game at Wrigley Field. Walking distance to the field and in the middle of all the action. When you are done with the action and want to rest, the room was nice and quiet. I would have preferred coffee in the room for the morning, but there was a nice self serving coffee bar in the lobby.

No staff present or parking had to park a mile a away

For a game at Wrigley Field, the Wrigleyville location is hard to beat — aside from some possible buyer’s remorse (the notice after booking that the property is completely self-check-in and not staffed, the warnings in other reviews about keys not working and extra charges) our stay was actually great. There was a front desk attendant during our stay, I suspect because of the Cubs game, and they were friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a balcony and took our dog with us and it couldn’t have been a better experience! Would recommend but def do some reading to make sure it will work for your needs.

Little or no front desk service

The room was clean the desk attendant put water and two bottles of beer in my room, which I didn’t expect and that was nice. We parked right next-door in a parking deck. It was close to everything we were interested in the sliding doors in the bathroom are a little annoying, and the room above us was loud in the middle of the night, sliding doors back-and-forth and making noise but other than that, it was very reasonable and we had a nice time

For a local stay in Wrigleyville it’s a very clean and safe option. Can be noisy outside at night so something to keep in mind.

No beds made, no front desk, bar is always “closed” for something outdated tv,
